I have been using 247HRM for quite some time now, and overall, my experience has been very positive. The software has made HR and payroll management much easier for our team. Earlier, a lot of our processes like attendance tracking, payroll calculation, and leave management were handled manually, which often caused delays and errors. With 247HRM, most of these tasks are automated, and everything stays organized in one place. The interface is simple to navigate once you get used to it, and it covers almost all the major HR functions we need on a daily basis. One of the things I really appreciate is their support team—they respond quickly and are willing to guide you through any issue, which makes the onboarding process smoother. While no software is perfect, 247HRM has definitely reduced our HR workload and improved accuracy, which has had a direct impact on efficiency. Overall, I would say it’s a reliable and practical solution for small to mid-sized companies.

What do you like the most about 247HRM?
The payroll and compliance management features are the most valuable. Salary processing is quick, accurate, and hassle-free, and the system takes care of statutory requirements automatically. I also liked the responsive customer support team, who resolve issues quickly and provide useful guidance.
What do you like the least about 247HRM?
At times, the user interface feels a bit outdated compared to some newer HR tools. While it is functional and covers most needs, a more modern and intuitive design would make the overall experience smoother. Also, initial setup and customization took a little extra time, but once configured, it has been running without major issues.
