Act! is a flexible contact management and full-featured CRM solution designed for small and mid-sized businesses.

This is an amazing CRM tool and I like it to use. It does and functions the way I need it to. Simplicity and sophistication are wrapped up in this solution. it is very useful and very ideal for a businessman who needs to make calls for quotations. I like its integrated email marketing features.
