My name is Tomek Maszkiewicz and I am co-founder and CEO of BlueCamroo Inc., a Canadian company that designed and created BlueCamroo, a SaaS Business Management Platform that combines many essential business services in a single, easily adaptable, and affordable solution.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
BlueCamroo is a brainchild of IT services consultants servicing the global SMB market frustrated while using several disjointed ‘off-the-shelf’ single-purpose applications that didn’t work very well together. Initially launched internally we decided to share our solution with other SMBs facing similar challenges.

Our software has been designed specifically for small and medium businesses worldwide and offers them the scope and whole-business approach of larger enterprise-level solutions, yet delivered in a much more manageable manner. This fully integrated approach makes work more efficient than a cluster of stitched together single-purpose applications, delivers better data security, is easier to learn, adapt, use and manage and is less expensive.
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
Larger businesses have a choice of business platforms from major vendors such as Oracle, SAP, etc., that fully integrate different parts of their business operation.

Smaller businesses usually piece together their ‘business platforms’ using multiple single-purpose applications from different vendors. While this approach can work for some, in most cases, it is unnecessary, cumbersome, costly, and inefficient.

There are many advantages of working with integrated Business Management Platforms like BlueCamroo:

BlueCamroo is not a particularly ‘verticalized’ business platform, and rather a ‘universal’ one, and it is used by many SMBs from a variety of industries around the globe (except Retail, Hospitality, or Travel). BlueCamroo’s unique User-Role subscription model allows businesses to adopt and paid for only the features that are needed by their employees to do their job and not necessarily subscribe to all features at once.
What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?
  1. BlueCamroo is an integrated comprehensive business solution designed specifically for the SMB market, which can replace several single-purpose applications (not necessarily all). This type of solution can be implemented and managed in a cost-effective way while delivering much better information transparency throughout the entire business, improving efficiency, and ultimately resulting in increased profitability.
  2. BlueCamroo’s Free CRM is the base foundation of the entire platform. It is free for up to 4 users and it is included with all paid extensions. It offers a frictionless entry point for businesses looking to migrate from multiple single-purpose applications or to adopt SaaS business solutions for the first time.
  3. BlueCamroo introduces a unique User-Role subscription model where users are assigned single or multiple user roles matched with features essential to fulfill their job requirements. User-Roles are associated with feature sets and their corresponding subscription plans.
  4. With BlueCamroo potentially handling most of the aspects of business activities related to customers, and a centralized database, it offers an unparalleled 360° view and the ability to manage the entire customer life-cycle from one place.
What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
BlueCamroo's attrition rate is very low (less than 1% annually) which indicates general satisfaction with the system. We are ensuring that we maintain continuous contact with our clients and that we understand their needs. That is why BlueCamroo is constantly evolving with new and/or revised features added monthly.
Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?
Yes, since we are subscription-based software, 100% of our customers use us for long-term results. BlueCamroo is a business software that should be used every day to take full advantage of its features. Our pricing model also allows for incremental adoption of the system to grow alongside our customers’ business.
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
BlueCamroo offers many instructional videos outlining an array of the features offered by the system, system onboarding queues, and checklist, as well a number of User Guides catered toward 3rd party integrations. All in addition to a variety of different paid onboarding services for more advanced and time-sensitive needs.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
All our clients are offered free support for the first 14-days and that includes Support Tickets, Chats, and, if needed, one-on-one onboarding sessions. Beyond 14-days free accounts are offered Support via Tickets only, with all paid accounts support extended accordingly.
Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?
BlueCamroo is constantly evolving and for 10 years we see SMBs are evolving and they’re looking to technology to improve efficiency and to supplement their core competitive advantages.

The global labor market is rapidly changing with remote work becoming the new normal, a process that was further accelerated by the global effect of COVID-19, and it is driving businesses towards the adoption of new digital technologies. This ‘movement’ is also driving those companies that never considered business software before to quickly adapt by adopting it.

Our plans are to continue enhancing and expanding BlueCamroo’s features and capabilities and to further distinguish ourselves from our competitors. However, our ultimate goal is to become a major global player among integrated business software solutions catering specifically to the global SMB market.
