Capsule was launched in 2009 following the founder's; frustration with existing CRM services that were either overly simplistic or far too complex for most businesses. We believe the value of a modern CRM lies in the ability to help businesses stay organized, know more about their customers, build strong relationships and to make the most of sales opportunities, all while minimizing user input. Capsule is easy to use, yet powerful and customisable so you can adapt it to your business. It integrates with other popular apps such as Google G Suite, QuickBooks, MailChimp and Zapier for advanced sales automation.
I have been using Capsule for iaround 10 years and have introduced it into 3 businesses as it is an affordable, reliable and straightforward CRM system. The only downside I encounter is that HTML code is not recognised in storing messages so they appear as plain text not as formatted emails. It doesn't take long to get used to this and soon it is not a problem.
The upside is that it is incredibly easy to use and has the easiest pathway to associate and store emails to a particular case or opporunity directly from your email client. This can be done live when the email is sent or historically for emails received or with sent emails where the email routing address was forgotten when first sending. I have tried most of the other simmilar CRMs (including Zoho, Insightly and Bitrix24) and none of them have either this feature or the ease of use of the feature in Capsule.
Like all CRMs, it takes a while for users to learn but nowhere near as long as others I have tried.
The platform is incredibly stable, I have not encountered one instance of being unable to access my data.
The support team is kowledgeable, persistent and very quick to respond (usually < 24 hours and that is only because my timezone is 10 hours ahead of the Capsule team's.
I could not recommend CapsuleCRM more highly.

Pros: Great organization and integrations.
Cons: The feature Sales Pipeline only works for single product companies, But as we work as large developers, so it doesn't work for us.
