Review Summary

This software is very valuable to our team because it differentiates work calls from personal calls. It also allows for a more efficient flow of work because users are able to have quick chats with fellow users within the office. It is great having a compiled list of my frequent contacts on the desktop. I don't even have to pick up my phone. The one big issue I have is that the voicemail AI scripts are very inaccurate and you can't rely on them or the automatic event making. Improvements to those issues would make the perks of the software top notch.

Review Summary

I primarily use Dialpad for teledental- communcating with patients and colleagues. I love that I am able to text with patients, including sending photos and emojis. Dentists use Dialpad to triage emergency calls for patients, do prescreening calls for patient and occasionally talk to other staff members (though I primarily use email to communicate with colleagues unless I want a quicker response).

Pretty streamlined. I like that theres an app for both your computer and phone. The call recordings are great to listen back/help with training, the texting is SUPER straight forward, and the calling is great as long as you have strong internet connectiong.
