DottedSign Reviews

This program has a great looking interface
Review Summary
I've been looking for the best e-signature platforms that can enable a user to track the signing process. Several programs allow users to do that, but not all of them are as easy-to-use as this one. It's also pretty rare for an e-signature app to have such a nice interface, because most of those program's interfaces are piled-on or the apps are just not convenient when being used. This program is a totally different thing, concerning the functions. The interface is colorful, simple, the functions are easy to understand. Of course, there are some insignificant issues in why the app works, but in general it's good program that I would recommend to others outhere!

Work process has gotten a lot easier
Review Summary
In my opinion, the browser version of the program works really well. Don't get me wrong, I like the app, but it seems that it's much more convenient to be able to access your data from any device without a necessity to download the app. The data is being synchronized automatically in your account and if you load a document to the platform from one device, you'd still be able to access it from another one. The features are easy-to-use and are very useful, and the entire process takes a couple of minutes and you can get your document signed by several users, while all the notifications will be sent automatically. The work can be done much quicker with the help of this platform, that's what I like about it the most.

Good program for newcomers

A simple software solution for efficient work
Review Summary

Easy-to-use e-signature platform
Review Summary
It's important for me that every program that I use for work is an easy solution, since I often invite my clients to use the same apps/software I use, and it's nice not having to go into a lot of details. I didn't experience such a problem with DottedSign because it is designed in a way for a newcomer to adjust to the tools very quickly. There are no problems in getting used to the interface - it's well designed and there are tutorials available to guide you through. I can easily invite my clients to use the platform even if they are not familiar with the e-signing process.

Sign documents on the go and wherever you are
Review Summary
I got DottedSign a couple of weeks ago and so far, so good. One thing that I'm always looking for in software or apps that I use is how much I actually get out of it. With this particular software, I've used it a few times and one thing I noticed is that the UI can be a bit confusing (on the app itself), but once you learn what's what, it's a breeze to use. I like the level of security - 2-factor authentification, and the fact I can see what's going on with the documents I've sent out to be signed, like what's their status. It's not overly complex, or overstuffed with features you'll never use, and that's what I like most about it.

An electronic signature solution app that works for me.
Review Summary
My favorite thing about this app was how I could it out with a free trial first, then either continue using the free version or subscribe to the paid one. I've tried both, and honestly, both are pretty good in terms of features they provide. The free version has its limits, but for those who just need to sign a couple of documents with a limited number of signees, the free version works just as well. I also really like the browser version - I don't need to have the app to do the work and this simplifies things a bit when I don't have access to either of my devices. This is a simple app that delivers.

With DottedSign, your documents are secure
Review Summary
One of my biggest pet peeves is the fact I'm always worried about my documents getting into the wrong hands, and I haven't felt this way since I began using DottedSign. I use the app on my iPhone, I'm the only one who has access to it, and when I send out the documents, I know who is going to sign them and I can track all the changes that have been made. There's a bit of a learning curve when you just start using the app, but it took me a couple of days to master the features, and I'm discovering new tools still. In my opinion, this app makes sense for those who want security and solid tools in one. So far, I'm not disappointed.

An easy way to sign documents online
Review Summary
I've jumped on the e-signature bandwagon a while ago but kept switching between apps, not really finding what I was looking for. With DottedSign, my favorite thing is its simplicity. I use both the browser version and the app, and I like the browser version a bit more. My company doesn't deal with too many e-signatures, but when we end up asking our clients to sign something (contract, etc), it's easy to get their signatures, send reminders and just have a nice handle on things. I've used both free and paid versions and the free one is also quite useful if you're not doing a lot of documents/signatures. One of my favorite parts - audit trial. I can track all the changes that have been made and it just provides that extra level of security and control. Overall, a nice solution.

An electronic signature solution for the modern age
Review Summary
DottedSign is pretty great in terms of how easy it was for me to figure out how to use it - since there's a free trial, you're able to explore the software quite a bit and figure out what you do don't like. The features I use the most are the signature progress tracking and signature reminders. I've used the free version for a bit but found it somewhat limiting, and the paid version isn't overly expensive, so it's working out quite well for me. This software is best for smaller companies/businesses. It provides you with just enough features that you need. Simple, easy to use and inexpensive.
