Evernote

Evernote is one of my favourite productivity apps that helps me to take notes and sync across devices. Evernote is not just a note taking app, but a great collaboration tool that lets you add images, videos, voice notes into the notes. Evernote does a good job of making search work. We utilize Evernote across the entire company. Evernote is a fantastic resource to save and organize notes and keep everything.

I use EverNote everyday. Whether it is at work, at home or even on my phone. I have access to all areas of my life seamlessly. I enjoy the ability to not only have access to all my notes on any platform, but also everywhere and the ability to share content is effortless.

I have used evernote for 4 years now and I used to take notes, of course. But I use this to write out processes and keep track of special tools, tips and tricks that I have access to. When someone asks "hey do you have a tool for this..", instead of writing the whole process out I simply share the link to my evernote doc. My whole team uses this and we can easly share things back and fourth with out looking for that "one" email with the details.

I have used Evernote for many years now and it is becoming more complete, leaving behind the idea that it is only a notes app. My workflow often includes scanning documents, taking text and voice notes from my clients (I am a Web designer), and by the time I don't remember the name of the client or the company, I can find them by location! In addition, collaborative notes have become my best option to avoid copying and pasting when sharing what I have written. All these options are completed with the browser extension that allows me to take notes of the web pages I visit, images and easily organize them with personalized tags and titles. For the more advanced, they can also attach files from the desktop or mobile app, search for specific text between notes, chat with other users, and much more!

This is the library and memory file you've been waiting for. A place to store everything you need to remember, to save for later - and to be able to search easily. The search function is my favourite part and works better than any other solution out there. The app syncs across any device you can think of and has super powerful reminders, tagging, sorting and categorizing functions. Notes can even be turned into templates. The only downside is that it is so powerful and flexible, it can be hard to know which means of organization will work best for you.
