Freshteam has greatly improved our recruitment and HR management at TheBestPowerWheels.com. The Applicant Tracking System simplifies the hiring process, while the onboarding feature ensures a smooth experience for new hires. We Rank Secure use Freshteam by Freshworks and have been using it for about three months. We were new to ATS so we wanted to try a free one that offered a lot of features to test drive. Freshteam has it free for companies with less than 50 employees. We weren't expecting much since was free but it has onboarding, employee management, and hiring applications, and can track employees' time. There are paid plans that come with a three-week free trial and it works on both iOS and Android applications. It also separates applications from other information in a different inbox and that's handy for HR. The cons are that it doesn't have unlimited job postings, can't easily be customized and the paid plans are more expensive than we anticipated.

Freshteam is simple, easy to use and a pretty useful tool

The ATS that we Electrician Mentor use currently is Freshteam. It has a free and paid version, which we like, and it's simple and easy to use. It also has a mobile app, which is helpful. We're satisfied with Freshteam, but it does have a few disadvantages. They ask us a lot to upgrade to a paid version which we don't need currently, and its customization features are a little lacking. Also, we are limited in the number of jobs we can post. Other than that, it's a pretty useful tool.

Freshteam is simple and makes HR way more manageable and effective

We Passport-Photo Online have used ATS since the very beginning of the company. However, the choice of a particular tool is not so black and white. We tested a few, each of which had good and bad sides. The one we chose for good and believe to be the best is Freshteam. Why? I won't lie. Money counts and Freshteam is free for companies with up to 50 employees (that's us). It offers a variety of features for both - in-house employee management and recruiting processes—anything you want, from tracking to rankings.

It helps us conduct the whole hiring process on its platform

We Edrio are currently using the Freshteam by Freshworks applicant tracking system. It helps conduct all the processes on its platforms, such as hiring, onboarding, tracking employees’ information, performances, time-offs, etc. However, it is free of cost only till 50 employees and requires an amount to be paid if the count increases over 50. We have deployed this software in our HR functions for almost a year. We use this applicant tracking system daily.

We RC Ride On Cars use Freshteam. As a small business, we don’t have a single employee who focuses on tracking applications, so having the software do that is incredibly useful. Freshteam is our top pick because it is very user-friendly, and the user interface is easy to use so that multiple staff members can manage it. This is great for anyone unsure whether they want to use an ATS. It’s also affordable, which we are grateful for as a small business. We could start with a free plan and then upgrade whenever we wanted. The only downside is that the free version only allows three published job postings. The free option is probably unsuitable if you’re a large volume hiring business.

Easier to use with basic knowledge

I am very pleased with the number of options and the level customization that are available. I appreciate that it’s very affordable, but still gives the user many options and freedom of use. Also, great customer service! Fast email replies, chat features, and optional phone calls.

Very bad and horrible

I see almost no flaw for this special app. Some of the UI/UX was not super-intuitive, and it's a little challenging to make custom stages for pipeline. Integration of email with the freshteam is bit confusing and can be improved. They don't accept PayPal for paying.
