We RenewSkin Co. use Happyfox. The interface is friendly to users and is simple to operate. Ticket management, automation, and reporting are just some of the features. Integration with several well-known tools, including Shopify, Salesforce, and Zapier. Provides service across several channels, including email, chat, social media, and the phone. There are not many choices available for personalizing the user interface. It's possible that some users will find the reporting capabilities to be too simplistic. Plans with higher prices give users access to more advanced capabilities, such as the ability to create bespoke workflows.

Happyfox is a practical help desk and customer service software that helps to track and manage all customer support requests across multiple channels.

So far so good, my team have been waiting for this for a while now and it’s helping. Filled with lots of amazing features including issue tracking, routing, and survey management. It has a really good interface and easily gives me the power to do my task for my customers.
