I love using this software for scheduling it is a really nice platform for online businesses. and I am very much satisfied with its services. this software allows us to sync work schedules with personal calendars, this way availability can be shown. Here everyone can collaborate with each other. It’s quite good and very useful software for team management in business. need to be easier on the file attached to the chat group, also may add a swiping function to reply or forward.

It is a very comprehensive and interactive software with a great interface. An awesome platform that combines multiple functionalities and has well-integrated features. Overall it works great and is simple to use and set up.

What do you like the least about HotSchedules?

It is wonderful software But it’s not so intuitive and each day they are limited in some features.

Our integration was working well with Micros but once we switched to Toast it went to shit and support team couldnt really figure it out. Really sucks that you can not sync labor at anytime. Really need to be able to do it at nights end to analyze actual vs schedule but they dont sync until next day

Hot schedules was brought on against the store managers’ preference. However, once we got each location going, they were pleased with the results. A few things: sometimes when I would call for help on a matter, I felt like I knew more than the rep I was speaking with. I wanted to know some best practices with particular aspects of HS and I could not get accurate advice there Without spending so much time on the phone. Some of the representatives did not understand the global results of their advice whenever I would call for it. So, implementing what they recommend would have drawbacks on another side that we didn’t want to sacrifice. Overall, we really valued HS and there were definitely time saving aspects of the program that made making the schedule simple. I think the developers need to be a little more involved in trouble shooting calls, since they are the ones that have the form for the function and certainly a workflow in mind. Knowing how a process was designed and why, helps other users create the best practices for their business’ use!
