What Users Like The Most

  • It's a lifesaver for our small BD&M team, saving us tons of time. Plus, we've been collaborating with our web developers to make things even smoother, like adding RSS feeds for posts. We used to be pretty reactive, but thanks to Loomly, we're becoming more proactive in managing our social content.

What Users Like The Least

  • We're really missing the ability to upload PDFs, especially since we're posting more of them on LinkedIn. It's a big deal for us because we can't do it directly in LinkedIn, and that means we're missing out on approval and preview features. Plus, it messes up our reporting stats in Loomly since those posts aren't included.

Good for initial content management system

Scheduling and approval trails are super important to us. I love how you can preview posts before publishing. The automatic link shortening feature is a real time-saver.The generic content feature for multiple channels is fantastic. Their support team is amazing, always quick to respond. Implementing and integrating it was a breeze—just a simple click and log in for all our channels. We rely on it all day, every day, multiple times.

Invaluable Tool

We've been using Loomly for some time and it's radically improved our use of social media. It's simple to use, allows several of us to collaborate on our social media postings and its good value for money. The Best Option for Agencies Working with Small Businesses!

Loomly is by far the best social media management platform for teams working with small to mid-size businesses! It is incredibly user-friendly and created a calendar view far before their big-name competitors. The analytics tools inside of Loomly are also incredibly helpful for tracking performance beyond what may be available on the social media apps themselves. In the last year or so, Loomly has rolled out several new features that have made the platform even more user-friendly!

Much better than Hootsuite

Hi, I’m Kaylen, Firm Administrator for GG&F law firm. We switched from managing our social media using Hootsuite to Loomly about a year ago, and I’m very glad we did! Loomly looks so much cleaner, and has an easy calendar to drag and drop your posts between the days, making it really easy to adjust as posts get added or removed, or to make the categories (which are color coded!) look more evenly dispersed. The Loomly team is also very responsive; available via chat and email, and has always gotten back to me, usually within hours. They’re also regularly rolling out improvements and are open to ideas, so the software is only going to get better. If you’re looking for a platform to manage your social media, I’d give Loomly 5 stars.

Good and affordable

Loomly is quite new and offers scheduling, posting and analytics. It has worked well for us(the team of VelSEOity) in terms of driving engagement. The software also has a content calendar creator and post idea creator - though we’ve not really used them. Unfortunately, there’s no brand monitoring option here - so that is a little limiting. However, it’s a good and affordable.
