We BeccaKlein.co have been using Zoho Social for the last 6 months and are very pleased with it. We are using it as per the requirement. There are several advantages to using Zoho Social for social media management. First, the platform offers a suite of tools for managing social media accounts and engaging with followers. Additionally, Zoho Social provides users with insights and analytics about their social media activity, which can help businesses track their performance and improve their strategies over time. There are several potential drawbacks to using Zoho Social as a business's primary social media platform. First, the platform lacks some of its competitors' features and integrations. Additionally, the platform can be less user-friendly than some of its alternatives, making it slightly more difficult for employees to use effectively (if not properly trained).

In a nutshell, I started using the trial version of the Professional account on Zoho Social which was wonderful. I could add 5 social media accounts, monitor engagement, schedule posts, gain insights etc. My trial ended and I subsequently purchased the Professional account. To my disappointment, the service was vastly different to what I experienced days before. I was paying $15 for one account and had to pay an additional $10 for each social media account that I wanted to add. More so, the services that I had access to under the trial where unavailable unless I paid for them. Overall, the services provided by the company are good and useful to marketers but the hidden costs make the service very expensive in the long run.

Now we're giving a try to Zoho Social to see how Zoho CRM integration captures social media leads and improve our marketing communication and relationships with our audience at Evinex. We cannot rate Zoho Social yet, however, we are happy to see that you can identify who your potential leads are in Zoho CRM system and enhance engagement with them.
