Review Summary

In a nutshell, I started using the trial version of the Professional account on Zoho Social which was wonderful. I could add 5 social media accounts, monitor engagement, schedule posts, gain insights etc. My trial ended and I subsequently purchased the Professional account. To my disappointment, the service was vastly different to what I experienced days before. I was paying $15 for one account and had to pay an additional $10 for each social media account that I wanted to add. More so, the services that I had access to under the trial where unavailable unless I paid for them. Overall, the services provided by the company are good and useful to marketers but the hidden costs make the service very expensive in the long run.
