Nimble is a perfectly good CRM tool for social sales and marketing that allows small businesses to store and organize all the contacts for follow-up reminders and to generate new leads. It easily incorporates Office 365 and some Google apps. This app provides great interaction between the customers and also it is very cost-effective. Its enhanced CRM systems are integrated with the communication power of social media and collaborative tools. Nimble has some nice features like Quotes, list management, customer support, referral tracking and many more.

My company RealPeopleFinder has been using Nimble for 5+ years. Nimble's prospecting sales teams are more organized and productive because of their Prospector engine, contact action lists, and social tracking functionality. Nimble's UI has a fun element that makes it entertaining. It helps track the relationship between each customer and what they require in real-time. We've worked with Nimble for over five years and recommend them to anybody seeking a quick, dependable storage solution with excellent customer service. It lost me when I had to create a subscription for PieSync to integrate other necessary programs. There seems to be a lot of glitching and freezing, especially when attempting to clock in or out.

We Sporting Smiles found that a good program like Nimble has aided us significantly in keeping our present relationships with loyal customers and forming new customers updated about CRM. Maintaining excellent relationships with existing consumers and creating new customers is a full-time job. Nimble helps us connect our customer contacts from email to social media to advertise specials and update them. It is super easy to use and includes features like To-Do lists. It costs around $25 a month for the business option.

I am Mason Culligan, and I founded a website hosting company ten years ago and have worked in the IT industry for the past 15 years. Since I first started running my multimedia company, I have experimented with different email marketing software to find the best fit for my business. The software that I currently use for my company(Mattress Battle Inc.) is Nimble.

The reason I continue using Nimble is it allows me to understand my prospects thoroughly. With Nimble’s filtering system, I can target prospects more precisely based on their education, work experiences, to name a few.

Having this knowledge of my customers and prospects enabled me to efficiently tailor-fit the emails I send out to, thus creating more personalized drip campaigns.
