I find Setmore incredibly user-friendly and efficient for managing client schedules. The customization options, especially the ability to assign different colors to various services, add a personal touch. Clients appreciate the simplicity of making and modifying appointments. However, my only concern lies with the automated text feature, which doesn't forward messages. Despite my efforts to inform clients, some still miss the message, leading to missed communications. Despite this minor hiccup, it's complementing the traditional paper appointment book at my office.

I have been using it for about 5 years and it works great and just gets better all the time. Also, the integration with social media is fantastic, there are so many relevant booking and scheduling features. the learning curve is not bad at all, I really enjoy this software and would definitely recommend Setmore.

For appointment scheduling, we Innovet Pet utilize Setmore. We've been using Setmore for over a year and use it every day to plan client appointments. It provides options for flexible scheduling. Excellent integration opportunities with other apps like Zoom and Google Calendar. It also has excellent client service. User interface modification possibilities are limited. There are a few alternatives for repeat appointments.

We at WikiLawn Lawn Care use Setmore. Highly customizable for each user, very flexible with integrations. Cons: Lots of errors with syncing. It's not uncommon to lose appointments sometimes which is a huge issue.
