I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach at Healthy Body Healthy Mind and a big part of the Children's Wellness Community. I am also a big fan of yoga and meditation, and presently nutrition and healthy lifestyle blogger for different health-related blogs. Simple Practice is among the best software available in the market to assist in mental health treatments.The software has not only made counselling and treatment easy for patients but also professionals. Pros: It provides the facility for conducting video sessions with therapists. The stressed ones could reach their professional instantly. In new situations, when people were unable to leave their house, this feature was not less than a blessing. Moreover, it provides bank-level encryption and security, so your data is in safe hands. The stressed ones feel it challenging to revolve around different platforms for scheduling appointments, collecting documents, or sending them to their doctor. In this regard, its paper-free feature is beneficial as you get appointments, collaboration, and payments in one place. Cons: I think it would be good to add the section of meditations and yoga for the clients as per their history and condition. It would be useful in the recovery process of patients.
