A great alternative to similar CRMs that are both open source and SaaS.

This application is used by our sales staff to track leads, prospects, and generate estimates and invoices. Our part numbers were imported from Excel. It has given us the ability to add custom fields as well as build unique PDF templates for the quotes. Every day, we use SuiteCRM. We like that it's free and that we can host it locally rather than on the cloud. We like to keep our important softwares and systems on our local server rather than on the internet and SuiteCRM has fulfilled that need perfectly.

Pros :
  • The software is very robust and agile at the same time.
  • The Interface is very much easier to work with and easy to grasp even for new employees.
  • I personally liked the way they provide their services and their support.
Cons :
  • Some integration modules are a little bit glitchy and not up to the mark.
  • Big reports take too much time getting generated, sometimes they don’t even get generated.
