TeamUp is the leading management software for fitness businesses and their in-person, online, and on-demand services. We work with 3000+ businesses worldwide and provide them with the best software to flexibly manage their business and grow their thriving communities.

As well as CEO, I am also the Head of our Product Development team and work with our entire company to deliver the features and services our customers need to run the best version of their businesses.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
Originally, we created TeamUp as a directory to list fitness businesses in local areas. One of our early clients let us know what would really help him was a place where his members could book. Thus, TeamUp management software was born. In the ten years since launching, we work with over 3000+ businesses worldwide, have a growing team, and regularly develop and release new features.
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
Our customers’ success drives absolutely everything we do. Beyond our pricing model, including all features for all of our customers and pricing by company size, we offer a generous free trial, unlimited customer support every step of the way, and a free import service to help clients migrate their data from another software to TeamUp seamlessly. Where TeamUp shines is in our flexible, easy-to-use software, our hands-on customer support, and our dedication to empowering our customers and their communities.
What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?
We predominantly cater to independent fitness businesses, but we also work with some of the most successful franchises, clinics, wellness coaching businesses, and lifestyle businesses. TeamUp can be used for any business that requires a booking platform and our software can be completely customized to your specific requirements.
What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?
With TeamUp, all features are included right from the start, and this alone sets us apart from our competitors in a major way. We offer class and appointment scheduling, online and on-demand class formats, access control, marketing integrations, customizable forms and waivers, customizable memberships, a customer database, detailed reporting, and more. TeamUp’s member app allows our customers’ customers to manage their memberships on the go.
What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
We regularly receive a 9-10 NPS score from our customers and are rated 4-5 stars across many review websites and platforms.
Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?
Once our customers sign up, their subscription with TeamUp automatically renews monthly. There is no long-term contract or length requirement. While we have had customers leave, we are very pleased to report they often return to TeamUp.
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
Yes, we do and we provide a number of different resources including videos, support guides and how-tos, interviews and marketing guides, and more. We are active on all of our social channels and email marketing and regularly share our resources and knowledge content via our marketing channels. When a new customer signs up, they’ll also be taken through our built-in getting started guide that provides them all the information they need to know about getting up and running with TeamUp quickly and easily.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We offer our customers support every step of the way. They can get in touch with us via our live chat, email, or call. We also regularly engage with our customers via our marketing channels.
Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?
Bigger and better than ever! We have had an incredible past for a couple of years and are looking forward to adding even more to our product and service in the coming years.

In September 2022, TeamUp was acquired by DaySmart Software. We’ve built a community and product that we’re incredibly proud of and are excited for the opportunity to bring more resources to our mission of creating the best experience for our customers with DaySmart.
