It is a one-stop solution to all HR needs that helps organizations build a 2X more productive, engaged, and satisfied workforce. Our HR solutions enable HR leaders to Attract, Engage and Retain top talents. With our HRMS organizations can foster a workplace where people feel valued, respected, and empowered for who they are and what they do.  Be it to manage a disengaged workforce, process error-free payroll, manage HR activities, or measure employees' performance, we have got you covered.

From the HR tech space, we have also entered into the embedded finance segment. We have extended our services to offer employee benefits, tax-saving solutions, insurance covers, personal loans, payout and advance salary options, retirement plans, and financial assessments.
 
Our platform features a broad spectrum of modules (over 40+) to offer flexibility to its users. As CEO of Zimyo, my focus is on positioning Zimyo as one of the most preferred brands in the HR tech space. With our products, I envision empowering leaders and organizations across the world to offer true ‘employee experience’ to their employees, help them get the best out of their workforce, drive higher engagement, and build a differentiating human capital advantage. We want to help organizations build great places to work where their employees can thrive, so they can serve their customers and become great businesses themselves.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
When Ajay (Co-Founder, Zimyo) and I started Zimyo, we had just one focus in mind To empower organizations to build a workplace that encourages employees to perform at their best. The reason why we left our cushy jobs was that we had to do something about the challenges that we ourselves faced as employees. Challenges that we knew only technology could resolve. As we were well-versed with the challenges that employees or organizations face in carrying out their day-to-day activities, we knew what we had to build.
 
We live in such an employer-centric and hierarchy-obsessed country that it is hard for employees to expect care from their organizations. We wanted to change that! We wanted to empower business leaders with solutions that help make this change happen. There was a need for identifying the mechanism of establishing if there was actual salary transferred, which brought the HR and Payroll of an organization into the picture. That’s how the journey began as Zimyo started an innovation drive that merged FinTech with HRTech from an employee-first perspective.
 
Since Zimyo’s inception, we have focused on delivering value to our customers. We strive hard to make sure that the solutions we deliver offer some value to our users.

Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
Yes, we do have a support website for our customers and you can visit our support website using the following link- help.zimyo.com. We also have a tool named ‘Gyde’ integrated into our platform that helps users navigate through the product without any hassles. Gyde is a step-by-step user manual that contains all the information one needs to use our HRMS. Apart from that, we have how-to guides, informative articles, video tutorials, and FAQs published on our support website. This makes it easy for our customers to find solutions to their problems without having to ask for help. Apart from the above-mentioned documentation, we also have a chatbot integrated into our website that allows them to get easy, fast solutions to their issues or queries.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
Our CS team is known for resolving customer queries or issues in the shortest turnaround time.  Purposeful, personal, and timely- these are the three adjectives that best describe our CS team. We always focus on customer satisfaction and our team is doing everything possible to earn high satisfaction scores from our customers. As we spent more and more time lending our ears to our customers' needs or challenges, we became more aware of their demands and started working towards improving our existing products and building new products. Based on the needs of the modern workforce, we launched numerous new modules including Engage for employee engagement, OKRs for better performance management, Mood-o-meter for taking the pulse of employee’s moods, Tribe (Team Collaboration Messaging App), and many others within the last one year, which strengthened our product portfolio and scaled up the growth.
