When we first brought STARTELELOGIC. on board, we gave them complete control over our app's UI/UX design. We continued to work together after that, and they created our commercial.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
His UX design abilities are impressive, as is the team. He is in charge of their development team and is well-versed in what makes for a good user experience and what doesn't. Furthermore, STARTELELOGIC. employs excellent designers; a few of them have even assisted me on a few other projects. In general, the most beneficial aspect of the project has been their UI/UX team.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
We were a little taken aback by the licensing-related issues in the commercial video that we were unaware of. In certain instances, having a great deal more information up front rather than during the process would have been helpful.
Reliance Global Call app is a messaging app that allows users to send and receive images, text, video, audio, etc. Multiple groups, one to one chat, and events can be created in this app. It has a feature called ‘Reminder’ that can allow a user to make a reminder of any message or event in the chat. You can also create private chat and that chat will be deleted automatically once you close this app. It has also an option to hide your chat without deleting it which means you can keep your personal chat safe.
Telemo is a cloud communication product that has been built in-house by our experienced telephony engineers. Developers and businesses use Telemo to make communications relevant and contextual by embedding messaging, voice, Whatsapp, video, and email capabilities directly into their software applications. Telemo provides a fully-programmable contact center platform as a service to engage your customers with personalized two-way communication.

Honestly, Android and iOS might have their excellent individual applications; however, is expensive for small and medium-sized organizations. Thus, the best solution, in this case, is Cross-Platform Apps Development that works across multiple platforms. Also, well-structured hybrid applications are inexpensive, generating a similar look and feel like native applications.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a mobile application?
While deciding the cost of a mobile application, we generally consider the features found in the app and the target audience for the app.

Again, client requirement is directly related to the payment structure. Generally, we suggest the monthly model, and the cost or payment depends on the project size. Some payment is made in advance, some at the delivery of the project, and remaining after user-level testing and acceptance.

The budget is quite not an issue if the client enters with an excellent app concept. The budget is dependent on the entire timeline is given in the completion of the task. It becomes automatically low if the efforts placed are less and vice versa.
