SmartPrice is a Russian startup. Our main goal is to provide our users with easy and flexible way for buying and selling pre-owned smartphones. We’re sure that electronics can have second life and we’re making people happy with hi-end mobile devices for the lesser price.
I am a CPO at SmartPrice and right now I’m responsible for our internal products (CRM) and our websites.
By the end of the summer we have already implemented two websites ringeo.ru and smartprice.ru and started receiving requests from our customers. We decided to build our own CRM system, and made very simple implementation of it. There was a need in a team, that will be able to improve our CRM and make it more useful and convenient.
This challenge we addressed to SimbirSoft. They were glad to provide us with two Python/Django specialists, one template designer, two React developers, QAA, and DevOps specialists. The main things I appreciate in developers are responsibility and intelligence. They think about the whole product, not only about a separate tasks, so our working process is quite effective.
I was also pleased with SimbirSoft flexibility. They are ready to organize project management in the way we need. As far as we are startup, we change our processes regularly, so our requirements to our CRM system change frequently. That’s why I decided to manage development process by myself to be in touch with developers and correct our process on the fly, and it was possible with SimbirSoft.
