Additionally, a more preemptive approach to potential challenges could enhance the collaborative process. 12AM could improve by providing more frequent updates to keep us better informed throughout the project. Apart from the need for more frequent updates, 12AM was excellent in every other aspect.
They have so many tools at our disposal in their platform that it can difficult to know where to start. It would be nice if that was more user friendly. However, the team is always available to help point us in the right direction.
