Overpromising, poor communications, never meeting deadlines - Not recommended at all
We worked with Zenesys for 18 months on a major redesign of our website. Although the project started well, it soon disintegrated with very significant frustrations such that we ended the relationship in November 2021 after several months of them overpromising, poor communications, never meeting deadlines considering we hired the company as our full-time developers and inadequate visibility of progress in the developments. We signed a contract to work with a new web development company to begin work January 2022, Zenesys said they'd work with the new supplier to handover all of our technical aspects. Zenesys didn't provide a handover of the code and only handed over old code when they finally did. They had no documentation to pass on to our new devs which is a basic requirement from a professional development company. I am not able to provide anything other than a very unfavourable review of their work.
