bad technical support team and bad communication and significant delays in the delivery of website
I had an disappointing experience working with Addicta While there is one area where they truly excel, the rest of the experience was riddled with issues.
The only aspect of their service that I can rely on is their UX design team. They really know how to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces. The design elements were well thought out, and the user experience on the website was seamless. However, beyond that, the rest of the experience was not good.

Their technical support team was also a major letdown. Whenever we ran into issues or needed assistance, their responses were slow or completely unhelpful. It felt like we were left to figure things out on our own, without the guidance we expected
