iQuote is the complete Sales Quote and workflow management system that connects the sales team and Authorized Partners. It helps managing the Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients quotes. If any users are quoting below the existing price then they have to send the request for approval within the system and they will get the response back within the system.

The software allows tracking clients quote history and if the new quote for the same client drops the price then system will not allow dropping the price. The system users can create the final quote and send it to the end users via Email from within the system and end users can take the approval actions (Approve/Reject/Cancel) by replying the received Email notifications of a quote.

SharpQuest team is working on regular updates, maintenance and performance improvement of the application.

Jacobs Engineering is a Fortune 500 company providing technical, professional and construction services to industrial, commercial and governmental clients. The client wanted to build a Safety Observation Report (SOR) app that can allow their employees to send incident reports to supervisors and other stakeholders easily through mobile phones. Plastic Omnium (PO) & Inergy Automotive is a Tier 1 supplier to Automotive OEMs throughout the world. PO manufactures plastic fuel tanks. Their Engineering Design team was had a manual process for approving drawings before sending to Suppliers. The process was slow, required paper work and onsite dedicated staff. AI software developed a web application portal to approve the drawings online with electronic signatures and send drawings to suppliers and other stack holders electronically. Once released, the application was adopted by several divisions within the company and new enhancements are made to include different types of drawings.
