With a help of Akdev team, we could quickly develop and deploy a project management system and establish our clients’ effective cooperation with contractors. Which in turn helped to reduce costs and focus on interaction with the customers. The cooperation was implemented according to the FTE model, the team was managed by a project manager on the Fayrix side. The work process is based on usual for the client communication environment with daily calls with the client. We used Jira and Confluence for project tracking, while conversations were conducted via Telegram/Skype. The Akdev team played a key role in front-end development of high-loaded interfaces, as well as debugging and manual testing.
