About Ambaum
BTown Web is a development agency that provides programming and marketing services to ecommerce companies. We help our clients with Platforms (Shopify & Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, ShipStation and many others), Services (Dev, Design, Marketing and Analytics) and we provide consulting and integration assistance for Channels (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc). In the context of those 3 areas BTown Web is able to provide support and best practice guidance to help our clients grow.
There are 3 main tenets our business is built on: Customers, Experience and Education. For customers we provide excellent customer service and when a project is completed we have processes in place to receive feedback on our site, on Google and on Shopify. We find that the best way to demonstrate expertise is to show off our previous work, for example the content marketplace we built: Content Runner has been a tremendous door opener that helped us win new projects. Education is a big focus for us in 2017, we have created a free eCommerce Growth Group that offers marketing strategies, content guides, audits and a private Facebook group for merchants. In the context of those 3 areas BTown Web is able to provide support and best practice guidance to help our clients grow.
