What I liked the most about Askan was their ability to be tech-savvy and professional while still being flexible and understanding my needs. The really seem to care about fixing problems when the occur and they will stay late if something goes unexpectedly.

I am not as technology advanced as their core team, so in rare occasions there was a need for additional clarification on certain technical details. While the team was always willing to provide explanations, a bit more initial clarity would have been great. Despite this, their overall dedication and high-quality product made the experience highly positive.

Due to time zone differences, an emergency developer contact or developer partner in the US would be a nice. Other than that, I can't think of anything else where they need improvement.

Describe your project in brief

Design and build an online fundraising system that incorporates elements of auctions and raffles. This is a true SaaS platform, allowing multiple clients to use a single software system. The system features a three-tier authentication level: Super Admin, Organizational Admin, and Members. It includes access and function control based on the user's level.

At the heart of the application is the prize gallery, where organizations upload items that can be won by participating members. Once signed up, members can browse the prize gallery and bid for a chance to win prizes. To place bids, members must purchase tickets, which the system supports through an online payment module.

This is a robust system with many more features and functionalities too numerous to list here.

Great Team and Easy to Work With

Mani and his team have been great to work with. Our businesses are on the East Coast of the United States while they are in India. We typically collaborate through Skype before 12:00 PM due to the time zone differences. It was a bit of an adjustment for us at first but Mani and is team are hard workers and they will go the extra mile if any hiccups occur.

I highly recommend this firm. If you are looking for a good design team at a fair price then look no further. Askan Technologies has helped Aquarium Specialty over the last few years by improving our old Magento 1 site and then migrating all the data to Magento 2 and developing our new site from the ground up. Askan Technologies also designed and built our WordPress trade show website and we are more than pleased with the results. We look forward to working with Askan Technologies for years to come.

Trustworthy, competent team with excellent skills

I was pitched by Kan, the head of Askan Technologies, a few years ago when my website was lagging in terms of both speed and functionality. He cleaned it all issues without needing to resort to any of those dreaded third party plugins (that actually slow down your website when you have lots of them running!) and I went on to engage him and his team in helping rebuild Energy Therapy (energytherapy.biz) from scratch, including an e-learning membership site for our students worldwide. Kan and his team have always been super fast and efficient, as well as working to a very high standard both technically and aesthetically. Their communication skills are excellent, they are friendly yet professional in all aspects, including communication between their own team members, and I've found that their prices are always extremely competitive - if not the cheapest! - and they take good care of their clients. I have no hesitation in recommending Kan and his team to anyone wanting a first class website and excellent support alongside that.

My Only Regret Is Not Discovering Askan Technologies Earlier

I am a provincial General Insurance Broker based in the North East of England and have been established 35 years.
Over this time I have seen many businesses similar to my own disappear and close.
The main reason is a change in shopping habits and businesses like my own not being able to compete with large comparison sites.
I can across Kan and Askan Technologies as I had noticed that my own website was running slowly. I tested the speed of various so called experts own sites and found Askan to be the quickest.
Being very impressed I then asked Kan if he could build me a website to quote and buy Gadget Insurance and also include a full back office system.
The results were amazing and a fraction of what it would have cost in the UK.
I now have a customer base of over 5000 that pay a monthly or annual subscription.
My next project was to commission them to build an App.
The app is designed to check that the phone to be insured is in good working order prior to granting Insurance cover.
Basically to prevent fraudulent claims from people taking out insurance after they have a cracked screen and then submitting the claim.
I have had a great response from the Insurance Companies and have told that the app is a market leader.
Currently Askan are building me a system to quote Taxi Insurance online.
In summary have assisted me more that any other company in any field since I started the business in 1985.
I cannot over exaggerate the worth of dealing with Kan and Askan Technologies.
Despite the distance in the locations the service that they offer is second to none. Also, their ability, reliability, quality, helpfulness and customer service is nothing short of excellent.
As in the title my only regret is not discovering Askan earlier.

Priority Parcel Incorporation is a 24 hours world-wide courier and freight service. It is all about delivering the parcels all over the world through air, on right time with full satisfaction for the right cost.

Challenge
The existing website did not meet the contemporary standards of blooming technology which lead to tedious manipulation of tasks that made the system sluggish. Retrieving humongous records caused substantial burden to the server, that constrained its use.

Security of the entire system was in jeopardy due to outdated technology. The company’s growth eventually began outpacing the system’s capacity.

The old technology was hindering the growth of the company. PPI’s customers and suppliers were moving forward and their old software wasn’t ready or able to move with them.

Requirements
PPI needed an ERP system (Enterprise resource planning) that could support higher levels of connectivity and excellence.

The company wanted to upgrade their system using newfangled technology that will meet all their expanding requirements, along with the secure system, that proffers simplistic retrieval of massive reports.

Our Approach
The client chose Askan Technologies, as it was looking for a competitive and competing solution provider.

We used the standard approach to formulate the implementation and development strategies, to meet the amalgamation of ever-growing needs of the customer.

We completely rebuilt the system from scratch using the latest Laravel Framework. Our goal was to meet all their intricate needs along with secure and upgraded performance.

We used encryption methodologies to ensure safety of the fragile data. Our system offers complete data security from all possible ways like data theft, breaching and data loss.

A19 insurance is a forward thinking insurance company, with over 30 years experience in providing various insurance policiesto their customers. The company has several websites, of which the biggest and main one is Multigadget insure.

They help in insuring multiple gadgets all under one roof. They are one of UK’s leading gadget insurance providers, delivering best and lowest monthly premium.

The Challenge:
The benchmark of the existing website was not efficient enough to compete with their giant rivals. It was completely old-fangled, the maintenance and service costed them more than it’s worth.

Requirements:
A19 insurance wanted their website to be completely rebuilt that provides specific functionalities such as ‘quote and buy’ along with full office system that includes accounting system.

An exhaustive search for the right partner, lead them ecstatically choose Askan Technologies, to design and develop a new digital platform that could respond to latest gadget insurance needs and behaviours.

Our intuitive UX design makes the site simple and easy to navigate, which also allows the administrator to display the insurance products and terms as per the growing needs.

The flexibility in our site, made them gain a huge revenue right from the day of its launch.
