Automating content creation

The experience was very positive. The team built a smart, end-to-end system that took our list of topics and turned them into full articles using AI. Each article was automatically formatted, published on our Webflow site, and then translated into multiple languages—also published without any manual work. The scope of work covered the design, development, and implementation of a wide range of automations and integrations across multiple BuilderPrime instances. This included automating certificate generation, migrating and validating historical project data, and building data synchronization tools for internal reporting. Atomic Actions also created a centralized system for processing Facebook and web leads, implemented multi-step booking flows using Fillout and Calendly, and ensured seamless client creation, meeting scheduling, and email notifications based on user input. Several existing workflows were migrated from Zapier to Make to improve performance and reduce operational costs. All automations were designed to be scalable, accurate, and tightly integrated with our existing tools and processes.

Much of their content production relied on manual writing, which made the process repetitive, time-consuming, and difficult to scale. Deliverables were created from scratch for each client, so they needed a way to free up their strategists and creatives to focus on high-level work instead of repetitive production tasks.

Solution we built

We designed and built an AI agent for content creation that creates over 15 types of marketing content from email sequences to landing pages by providing a few inputs. The system validates the input, retrieves client context from Google Drive, performs a deep search on the internet for additional relevant information, and generates content using predefined structures and multiple LLMs. A polished asset is created, saved in the correct folder, and the ClickUp task is updated with a direct link to the folder.
