Azul Arc helped us to bring a brand new product to market by creating a user interface as well as the database required to take our information and create a dashboard for a cybersecurity maritime industry. The user interface was created from scratch — we had an idea of what we wanted, but we needed the expertise of their designers to take our vision and put it into an image our team could scrutinize and provide feedback on. Once the user interface was completed, Azul Arc went ahead and tied in all of the disparate data we’d sent them into a cohesive output, the dashboard. As far as technologies used, they built most if not all of it on WordPress, by our request. They used other software along the way, including a graphic design and SaaS software for us to view and provide feedback on the images.

With Azul’s help, the product passed rigorous Salesforce stress tests quicker than expected. Their communication and project management are strong, and they helped set realistic goals and timelines for the project. Additional suggestions and network resources complement the process. We hired them to help us build our sales management application. The application runs on Apex, Salesforce’s programming language. We had some requirements that called for specific functionality within a specific time frame. Our sophisticated evaluation system certifies overall performance of salespeople and generates scores based on quantitative and qualitative metrics. We’re very happy with the overall way toe project has been managed in terms of delivery dates, functionality, and budgetary considerations. We don’t have any ROI yet, as the product is still being built. That aside, they were a major help in getting us through our Salesforce security review. Salesforce does a stress test that most products will fail several times. With Azul Arc’s help, we passed on our second time through. We couldn’t have done that so quickly without their expertise and support. The quality of their people is most impressive. Their CEO understands complex problems and helps us work through challenges in our overall methodology. They put us in touch with valuable outside resources, like a data scientist who helps us build out our models and products. The relationships they cultivate are of real value to us, and we’re fortunate to have them on our side. Our main goals were to design an elegant, functional client portal that integrated all the information from our operating system and to present it in an efficient, practical way. We wanted our clients to log into the system, see all their shipments and run reports, and filter the information to better manage their supply chain. Their approach to management is smart. They began with a few discovery meetings to understand not only the goal and scope of the project but also the culture and values of our team. During these meetings, they dove deep into our company and asked fundamental questions that went beyond the technical aspects of the portal.
