Our e-learning platform was originally built in ColdFusion, which had started to feel outdated and also had long turnaround times for new feature development.
We chose Bluetelecast to re-architect the site, preserving the features our customers loved while incorporating several long-desired enhancements and designing it to accommodate future updates and improvements.
Our goal was to launch the new site in August to align with the release of a new product and peak sales period, which created a tight timeline for the scope of work.
Everyone I've worked with at Bluetelecast has been approachable, professional, and highly knowledgeable. They're always willing to explain things when I have questions and take the time to listen and ask the right questions when discussing business requirements or technical challenges. Describe your project in brief
The UI team did an excellent job of understanding both the functionality of our previous site and our requirements for the new one. They demonstrated deep expertise in the available technologies and provided recommendations tailored to our specific needs.
Our primary goal was to ensure that the transition caused as little disruption as possible to our existing customers, and the UI team worked tirelessly to make that happen. They proposed a new site architecture, took the lead in documenting all the functionality (epic mapping), and made numerous valuable suggestions to enhance both the customer and admin experience from the start. While we didn't always adopt every suggestion, the discussions always led us to better solutions than we would have arrived at on our own!
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
What I liked most about Bluetelecast was their professionalism, expertise, and collaborative approach. They consistently provided clear explanations, listened to our needs, and offered insightful solutions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process throughout the project.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
There is nothing I disliked about Bluetelecast. They have been incredibly responsive to any issues, proactive in making process improvements, and consistently delivered high-quality results, so we have no concerns.
