We don’t adopt a one-size-fits-all approach. Every one of our websites has its own unique DNA. Our website design team is highly-skilled. This means that we do not go straight to front-end design. We ensure you have gone through a Design process with our Graphics team to ensure every page of the website is as you want it before we develop on into a live format.

Our new website has been live for a couple of months and I am happy with it, though we had to employ someone to make changes after handover. The people we dealt with at Blue Whale seemed competent as long as we didn't ask for anything slightly different to the norm. My main problem was I wasn't listened to, and they provided a website they thought I wanted rather than one I did want. To summarise, we now have a working website which we are pleased with (although more money was spent making amendments) but dealing with Blue Whale was at times a painful experience.
