We were very satisfied with the co-operation with the Braintechnosys team. The dev team was very committed, flexible and always had good ideas and their own creative realisations. The changes were realised very quickly and communication was very direct and fast. The technical implementation of the platform was to our great satisfaction, all testers were able to confirm that the technical implementation met the current standards. We are very happy!

Our engagement with Brain Technosys for software development was a regrettable decision. We encountered over 80 critical errors in just the Authentication Code, indicative of the overall poor quality of work. Not a single dashboard was user-ready, marred by functional and grammatical errors. The situation worsened when we discovered attempts by their team to deceive us with hardcoded data, mimicking functionality that didn't exist. The project, already three months overdue, significantly impacted our revenue and confidence in their abilities. Despite our efforts to remedy these issues, we had to end our contract and seek a 75% refund due to unmet deliverables and deceptive practices, none of it has been received. We caution others to reconsider engaging with Brain Technosys.

Overall, the experience was very smooth with little to no hiccups. We had nothing to worry about. We well well pampered and taken care of!
