An amazing boutique IT firm - I have been associated with them for over three years now
I go to BSP for all my web and mobile development projects. They have successfully developed and deployed two web & mobile applications for me. One was an enterprise level mobile application to manage all aspects of my companies processes. It turned out to be a fabulous product in terms of its ability to highlight red flags and maintain a close oversight on all activities.
Second, was a lead generation and task management application to stream line my companies marketing activities.
Both applications were developed on time and BSP is flexible in terms of the changing requirements that happen from time to time. They are quick to react whenever an update is required and to troubleshoot as well!

What do you like most about the company?
There overall approach to a project - their well structured approach and integrity. There was no cost increment and I was in fact given extra than what I had asked for.
What they should improve on?
Their UI/UX needs a bit of improvement. Probably 20%

We hired BSPTechno on an experimental basis for a small project back in 2014 and today after 4 year they are primary solution provider. They design, develop, deploy and then maintain more or less all of our projects, perhaps its an all-in-one solution at one stop for us.
Nirav Patel, owner of the company is a multi talented person and personally takes care of our projects.
Whether it is a simple website, aggregator portal or complex web applications BSP have always offered a robust solution as per our needs.

Always ready to support and solve the issues to achieve the desired results, which might not be their responsibility always!
