Challenge:

Initial lead qualification was time consuming and real-estate consultants were spending hours and hours trying to find the perfect match by talking to various agents, sales people, etc. on the phone and via texting . It was decided to empower the team with AI to perform initial conversation with the customer and gather all essential information. Based on the AI decision making the system is allowed to conduct high quality conversations with the customers and identify the correct type of the deal, timeline and other important qualification factors. Once qualified consultants were calling the customer directly via telephony powered by Salesforce Connect.

Project Scope:

Implement basic Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality. Customize data model for real-estate business and the customer specific deal types
Configure Einstein Bot, integrate with Close Bot AI platform
Configure Sales Cloud Console, Reports and Dashboards
Develop custom AI co-pilot for the agent which provides recommendations to the agent as the deal goes.

Einstein Bot and Close Bot AI Integration
We configured the Einstein Bot to handle routine queries and schedule viewings, integrating it with Close Bot's artificial intelligence for advanced communication capabilities. This freed up the agent's time for more complex tasks.

Sales Cloud Console, Reports, and Dashboards
We set up the Sales Cloud Console for a centralized workspace, including custom reports and real-time dashboards. These tools provide insight into sales performance, property status, and customer engagement, improving agent productivity.

AI Co-Pilot Development
A custom AI co-pilot was developed to provide agents with real-time recommendations, such as the most suitable properties, optimal time to follow up and pricing strategies. This improved the efficiency of decision-making and the speed of closing deals.

The App is designed for financial advisors, analysts and investors to manage customer data, create and maintain proposals, design clien’s portfolios and use different integrated 3rd party wealth-management/investment planning tools.

Results:

Customer received a Salesforce App that provides Financial advisors with a tool to manage client’s data and portfolio, generate proposal, close deals and provide customer service. Our Customer uses it for its own business needs as well as provides to another investments companies on the market as a Salesforce Managed package

App users can view and manage all of their current and prospect households from this App, add household members, launch suitability questionnaires, create and review proposals, generate and track paperwork, and see cases related to the client’s accounts.

Instruments for configuration of interactive catalog of all investment products offered on the platform. It provides users with an in-depth look at products, including detailed research materials and powerful analytics.

Powerful asset allocation modeling tool, designed for the Unified Managed Accounts (UMA) framework. This tool provides portfolio managers with the ability to manage assets. It gives the adviser and client flexibility in choosing their products, while allowing the portfolio manager to control the overall allocation and the investments that are offered as options.

Document management functionality that allows the adviser to create and send new client paperwork including custodial, adviser, and other forms. Guided form selection and completion wizard which makes filling out and submitting forms incredibly simple. Electronic signature via Docusign provides clients with a cohesive and interactive experience and allows advisers track the status of paperwork they have sent for signature.

Help Center where the advisor can see all service requests including account allocations, cash requests, and all other inquiries, keep up to date on the status of all items related to their clients

Functionality where compliance and management teams can control settings and manage their adviser’s requests, control which products are visible to their advisers and manage the suitability questionnaire and scoring methodology.
