As COO, I oversee our business operations and strategic direction. With over 20 years of experience, I ensure our solutions meet client needs and drive success. Codahead was founded in 2008 with a vision to innovate and integrate advanced technologies to address emerging industry needs. Inspired by the potential of combining software and hardware we aimed to create transformative solutions that solve complex problems across types of industries.The story behind our inception is driven by a commitment to harnessing smart technologies and delivering tailored, impactful solutions.

At Codahead, our primary business model revolves around utilizing our in-house team to deliver high-quality, innovative technology solutions. Our dedicated in-house experts handle the majority of our projects, ensuring consistent quality and deep integration with our core values and processes.

However, for projects that require a larger scale or specialized expertise that we may not have readily available, we are flexible and can collaborate with third-party vendors after direct consultation and agreement with out clients. This approach lets us to scale quickly, bringing in additional resources and expertise if needed to meet project requirements.

This balanced model ensures that we maintain high standards while being adaptable to the specific needs of each project, delivering optimal results for our clients.

There are plenty of cases we can mention, but a standout success story for Codahead is our work with Appetize, where we developed a custom cloud-based Point-of-Sale (POS) system to streamline operations at stadiums and restaurants. Our solution included features for parking management, ticket printing and user verification with wristbands or QR codes, integrating with Skidata’s system. This system now processes over $5 billion in annual transactions and supports over 30,000 devices. The impact of our solution contributed to Appetize’s acquisition for over $415 million, demonstrating our ability to drive significant operational efficiency and revenue growth for our clients.
What industries do you primarily cater to, and do you have a significant percentage of repeat clients? If so, what is the ratio of repeat clients?
Through the years we’ve worked with all types of industries and sizes of companies, what’s more interesting we helped by providing our knowledge, experience, operation, and technical expertise to seed rounders, walked them and with them through the rounds till their exit, like from zero to over a billion valuation and hundred million for acquisition. It’s a journey to talk to enterprises, letting them notice the whole in their portfolio and try to fill it in with specialized tech.

We primarily cater to 10 key industries: retail, community, fintech, automotive,  healthcare, hospitality, information technology, entertainment, energy, and sport. Our commitment to delivering innovative and high-quality solutions has resulted in a significant percentage of repeat clients, with approximately 70% of our clients returning for additional services. We generally settle payments on a monthly basis, based on detailed time and materials reports, ensuring transparency and adaptability throughout the development process.
