Travel & Lifestyle

Introduction

We delivered a comprehensive UX/UI redesign for Coral Travel, a leading European tour operator. This user-centric project involved a full audit, stakeholder workshops, and in-depth user research to design a new, functional website. The primary goal was to simplify the vacation planning and purchasing process, making it more intuitive for their customers.

Challenges

The client's main goal was to increase the website's effectiveness by improving the user experience. Our primary challenge was to develop "high usability" across the platform. This specifically included improving the clarity of the site navigation, creating a more intuitive search engine, and unifying all customer-facing information into a cohesive experience. Our initial usability research identified 14 high-priority problems in the existing user flow that needed to be solved.

Solution

Based on the insights from our UX research (audits, benchmarking, and user testing), we designed a completely new information architecture and user paths. Key solutions include an advanced search engine with robust filters, a remodeled and streamlined purchasing process, and new engaging features like an interactive "ideal trip" quiz to help users find matched offers. We also designed and implemented a "Customer Zone" to centralize all necessary travel documents.

Impact

The new, aesthetic, and user-friendly website successfully increased the website's conversions and enabled "more efficient remarketing." The remodeled purchasing process and clear layout achieved the client's strategic goals. The client's Head of Digital Marketing expressed "full satisfaction" with the collaboration, recommending us as a "reliable, solid, and professional partner" for delivering advanced web services.

For years, we have ranked first in the “Satisfaction with agency cooperation” category in customer satisfaction surveys conducted by Kantar Millward Brown and SMG/KRC. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to discuss working together.

Introduction

We delivered a comprehensive UX/UI redesign for Enea, a leader in the Polish energy sector. The project, based on in-depth UX research and usability testing, involved creating a new, intuitive website that functions as a modern service and sales platform. The collaboration also included delivering a separate, new website for the "Enea Operator" division to create a cohesive digital ecosystem.

Challenges

The main challenge was to design a single, intuitive platform that met the needs of three different target groups (e.g., individual, small business, large enterprise). A major provider challenge was the aggregation of complex data and designing a new information architecture to optimize user paths for both service and sales. A key client requirement was ensuring the entire solution was fully accessible and compliant with WCAG 2.1.

Solution

Our solution was built on a holistic research phase (heuristic analysis, heatmaps, in-depth user interviews, and employee focus groups) combined with collaborative client workshops (using SWOT, MoSCoW, and card sorting). We developed and tested detailed lo-fi mockups (200+ views) before designing over 300 hi-fidelity screens with a modern, clean UI, new typography, and custom isometric illustrations. The final solution is a fully accessible (WCAG 2.1) platform that is intuitive and easy to navigate.

Impact

The project resulted in a comprehensive, innovative, and fully digitally accessible (WCAG 2.1) website that successfully serves Enea's distinct customer segments. The new platform meets all of Enea Group's business goals and usability requirements, standing as a "high-class business card" for the company. The collaboration was a success, earning a strong recommendation from the client, who praised us as a "solid and professional partner for demanding User Experience and User Interface projects."

For years, we have ranked first in the “Satisfaction with agency cooperation” category in customer satisfaction surveys conducted by Kantar Millward Brown and SMG/KRC. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to discuss working together.

E-commerce

We delivered a full-stack (UX, UI, Front-end, Back-end) project to create an entirely new version of the Ofix e-commerce store. This platform was designed as a sophisticated "fusion of B2B and B2C solutions," focusing on high usability and a straightforward purchasing process for a wide range of products. The collaboration spanned over 2 years, resulting in a dedicated, functionally coherent sales platform.

The primary challenge was to design a single, polished e-commerce solution that could intuitively serve two distinct customer groups: B2B and B2C. The platform needed to manage a large and complex catalog of over 13,000 products while providing a high-usability experience and quick access for all users. A specific client need was to implement special B2B features, such as simplifying the process for recurring orders.

Solution

We developed the platform based on an extensive creative process that included over 316 hours of analysis, workshops, and user research. Key solutions include an advanced search with the ElasticSearch engine for quick product discovery, an "intuitive and simple checkout" process, and special B2B features for recurring orders. We also implemented the latest front-end technologies to ensure seamless integration with the client's dedicated ERP system.

The 2-year collaboration resulted in a modern sales platform tailored to both B2C and B2B customers. The new, user-friendly system led to a 50% increase in user satisfaction. The client, who praised the "flexibility, openness, and experience" of the team, confirmed the platform "supports our business every day." This success has led to an ongoing collaboration to continue evolving and adding new features to the platform.

For years, we have ranked first in the “Satisfaction with agency cooperation” category in customer satisfaction surveys conducted by Kantar Millward Brown and SMG/KRC. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to discuss working together.

Education

In collaboration with Żabka, Poland's largest retail chain, we developed "Żabka Play," an employer branding solution consisting of a website and a mobile app. This platform was specifically designed as a colorful and engaging space for the children of Żabka's employees, co-workers, and franchisees, offering a mix of educational content and entertainment.

The project was initiated in direct response to the coronavirus pandemic in March 2020. With families drastically affected by remote work and students forced into remote learning, Żabka Poland wanted to face this new challenge and provide a high-quality solution to help their employees' families cope with the tiring situation and the need to spend more time at home.

We created a website and mobile app focused on educational and creative activities for children and parents. The platform provides straightforward access to content, which is filtered by the child's age to ensure it is appropriate. Key features include 7 thematic areas, quick access to educational videos and music playlists, interactive games, ebooks, and contests to encourage learning and creativity for the whole family.

The "Żabka Play" platform successfully delivered on its employer branding goal, providing a valuable resource that made the time at home "manageable and memorable" for employees' families. The project's success and quality were publicly recognized, as it became an "award-winning employer branding mobile app."

Santander

Banking

We delivered a comprehensive UX/UI redesign and Front-end development for Santander Consumer Bank's new e-banking system. This project involved creating a novel concept for the entire platform, resulting in a reliable, modern, and user-friendly online transactional service used by thousands of daily users.

The main challenge was to develop a new e-banking solution that truly met the "current needs of bank customers," which were identified through a series of verification studies. The platform had to be effective, easy to access, and fully compliant with all business requirements and financial market regulations. The project also required a large-scale design effort, including over 80 desktop projects plus dedicated tablet and smartphone versions.

We applied an agile design approach, starting with strategic consulting, client workshops, and thorough user research (including competitive analysis and benchmarking). This led to a new information architecture and a clickable, functional prototype that was validated with user testing (e.g., A/B tests, scenario tasks). We then designed and implemented the final front-end layer, featuring a modern UI, charts with microinteractions, and an "Important dates" module for payment management.

The collaboration, lasting over a year, resulted in a highly successful platform that measurably improved the client's business. Key performance indicators include a 45% increase in user satisfaction, a 20% shorter average time to complete a loan application, and 300,000 visits per month. The "excellent quality of the services provided" prompted the client to extend the collaboration to include new projects, such as financial calculators and order forms.

Transportation & Logistics

We partnered with LOT Polish Airlines to reshape their digital flight experience. The project involved a complete UX/UI redesign of the LOT.com website, delivering a fully responsive, modern, and user-friendly interface. The work included creating a new flight booking engine, an improved airline booking management system ("Manage My Booking"), and associated e-commerce platforms.

The client needed to replace their existing platform with a user-friendly and intuitive website that could accommodate a wide range of target users. A key challenge was to create an innovative, modern approach to the complex processes of booking and managing flights. The new design also had to be fully responsive (Mobile First) to increase conversions and meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) to be mindful of travelers with special needs.

Through a multidimensional UX approach starting with client workshops, we defined a new information architecture and design system. We designed and developed a streamlined, sophisticated platform, creating over 700 unique screens for the desktop version alone. The solution includes an intuitive navigation system and user-friendly features for every step of the journey, such as an easy-to-use seating chart, a "best price" comparison tool, and a simple reservation management platform.

The innovative UX approach yielded significant results, creating a user-friendly flight booking engine that allows users to "effortlessly book their unforgettable journeys." The new interface successfully meets both user objectives and LOT's strategic goals. The success of the project and the trust built with the client's team resulted in a strong partnership that has been ongoing and expanding since 2019.

Information Technology

Over a 3-year partnership with Saudi Telecom Company (STC), the Middle East's telecommunications leader, we delivered a series of full-stack (UX/UI, Front-end, Laravel) digital projects. The work was focused on digitizing the organization and boosting online sales potential for innovative solutions like IoT. Key deliverables included the "STC Solutions" corporate website, the "STC Tendering System", the "Hayyak" employee onboarding application, and the "AlTakyah" digital workplace.

The client's core challenge was the need to digitize and simplify key organizational processes. This included designing and implementing a comprehensive tool to improve their tender process and creating a functional digital workplace to simplify internal communication and organizational processes. As a provider, we faced the challenge of managing multiple, simultaneous projects and dedicated teams, ensuring that "several business requirements collided with the needs of users" were resolved into a cohesive strategy.

We developed and implemented 6 distinct projects, designing over 500 screens. Solutions included:

  1. Hayyak: A web and mobile onboarding app with gamification (virtual office tours, quizzes) and a dedicated CMS for HR.
  2. STC Tendering System: A comprehensive platform for the entire tender lifecycle, including bidding, negotiation, and invoicing, with full integration with STC's ERP system.
  3. AlTakyah: A digital workplace integrated with multiple external systems to streamline internal communication and management.
  4. STC Solutions: A WordPress-based corporate site with an investor relations API integration, supporting both English and Arabic (RTL).

The collaboration successfully digitized STC's internal operations and improved customer service responsiveness. The functionalities we introduced had a direct impact on employee efficiency. Specific achievements include improving onboarding satisfaction among new employees (via Hayyak), facilitating the entire tendering process, and driving an increase in the number of requests in the AlTakyah digital workplace system. The partnership has grown into a continuous collaboration.

Introduction

We delivered a secure, high-availability e-streaming platform for the G20 Summit, organized by Saudi Arabia. When the COVID-19 pandemic forced the 2020 summit to move online, we were tasked with creating an intuitive WordPress-based site (UX/UI, Front-end) that allowed global representatives and journalists to safely access and watch the live events.

Challenges

The client's primary challenge was the sudden pivot to a virtual-only event due to the pandemic. As the provider, our biggest challenge was the extremely short delivery time: we had to design, build, and implement a fully-functional, secure streaming platform within just one month, while rapidly understanding and balancing the complex needs of end-users and the client's business goals.

Solution

We built an online service based on a well-structured information architecture that allowed users to easily find information and watch live events. The platform's homepage featured an events calendar to track "past, live, and upcoming" streams, with an option to rewatch. The back-end, built on WordPress, included live chat integration and a user access permission system for different groups (like press and representatives).

Impact

We successfully delivered the complete, interactive website within the one-month deadline. The platform flawlessly supported 96 hours of live-streamed events. Our team provided 10 days of 24/7 support during the summit, which included continuous monitoring for DDOS attacks to ensure uninterrupted operation. The project's success was officially recognized in the CITC’s Top 2020 Achievements Reports and served as a high-profile showcase for Saudi Vision 2030.

Introduction

We delivered a full-stack (UX/UI, Front-end, WordPress) government website for the Saudi Space Commission (SSC). The project was built from the ground up to be an interactive portal showcasing Saudi Arabia's space industry initiatives, designed to give users a unique "sense of spaceflight" and encourage exploration.

Challenges

The client's primary challenge was to create a unique user experience that felt like a "space journey" to engage users, rather than a standard informational website. As the provider, our main challenge was the extremely short delivery time: we were tasked with designing and implementing the entire, fully-functional platform within a limited time of 30 days.

Solution

Our solution was guided by a "Big Idea" strategy focused on Availability, Exploration, Usefulness, and Interactivity. After a UX phase of competitive analysis and defining the information architecture, we implemented a front-end layer rich with micro-interactions and animations (like the parallax effect) to create an "interplanetary journey." The site also features an interactive timeline and a dedicated audio player, all managed by a convenient WordPress CMS back-end.

Impact

We successfully met the project's primary challenge, delivering the complete, impressive website in just 30 days. The WordPress-based platform proved to be "stable, secure and fast," achieving a 94/100 service performance score. The final product exceeded expectations by providing users with an "unforgettable journey into space," fulfilling the client's core business objective.

For years, we have ranked first in the “Satisfaction with agency cooperation” category in customer satisfaction surveys conducted by Kantar Millward Brown and SMG/KRC. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to discuss working together.

We delivered a full-stack (UX, UI, Front-end, Back-end) project for the Saudi Ministry of Justice. The work involved creating "Najiz," a groundbreaking, multi-functional platform for delivering electronic judicial services. This web service and mobile application allows citizens and residents of Saudi Arabia to securely handle official matters, complete formalities, and even attend court hearings entirely online.

The primary challenge was to digitize complex official and judicial procedures, which traditionally require multiple steps. The client, the Saudi Ministry of Justice, required a solution that would allow users to handle these formalities "quickly and with confidence." The platform needed to meet both high user expectations for convenience and all specific stakeholder requirements for a secure, functional, and reliable judiciary system.

Our solution began with creative workshops to define user archetypes and map out complex user flows. Based on this, the experienced UX and UI teams designed over 50 unique and functional mockups. We then developed an intuitive, easy-to-use website and mobile application with a clear navigation system for complex forms. The front-end was enhanced with micro-interactions and animations, while a convenient WordPress CMS was implemented for easy content management by administrators.

We successfully delivered a "full-fledged application and portal" that met all objectives of the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Justice in less than 6 months. The platform was highly valued by users for digitizing essential aspects of their lives. This was proven by immediate, massive adoption rates upon launch, including 131,500 electronic signatures within the first week and the platform processing over 57,000 online court cases per week.

For years, we have ranked first in the “Satisfaction with agency cooperation” category in customer satisfaction surveys conducted by Kantar Millward Brown and SMG/KRC. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to discuss working together.
