CRMiUM selected the CRM and HR systems especially for us. I was impressed with how deeply they immerse into the project and study all the aspects of the business processes to create the proper concept of our company. During joint calls, we discussed step by step how to build the most convenient and effective system starting with the sources of attracting leads and channels for finding candidates, and ending with the intricacies of concluding contracts and invoicing clients.

We have defined the sequence of actions and statuses, as well as the roles in the system and access levels. A separate important component of the work was the system for recruiters.

The implementation process took two weeks. They completely digitized the work of our client’s sales department: they set up all the funnels, connected the necessary services and conducted staff training in English.
