  • Perhaps the only area of disappointment is in the documentation. However, due to a lack of documentation for the overall processes and systems, once the project was finished, our internal teams faced some challenges in managing and maintaining the setup independently.
  • The project was a success, however, initial on-boarding could have been more structured and detailed timelines and deliverables needed to have been established upfront. This would have simplified the execution of the project even more.
  • Out of all aspects, the least favorable was the slight communication delay at times, especially during important parts of development. It was difficult to get quick responses, and there were minor delays in the project timeline. Improving communication and project updates would definitely enhance the experience overall.

Though the final product was a great success, the first stage of the project could have included better documentation. The basic onboarding process could get a little cumbersome and providing detailed technical guides on how to integrate WEAVE with the platform early on would have simplified the learning curve for our team.
