What Users Like The Most

  • What stood out the most was their deep technical know-how and their ability to customize the DevOps solutions specific to our store. Did the team respond efficiently and with timely solutions? The party’s deadlock has drawn attention to their proactive problem solving.
  • We were particularly impressed with their ability to simplify difficult concepts into functional solutions, their proactive demeanor, and their adherence to schedules.
  • We were impressed with their knowledge and experiences to cater ERPNext beyond stock. They were quick to offer suggestions for process improvements that would provide additional long-term value to our system.

What Users Like The Least

  • Perhaps the only area of disappointment is in the documentation. However, due to a lack of documentation for the overall processes and systems, once the project was finished, our internal teams faced some challenges in managing and maintaining the setup independently.
  • They did have a few minor delays during the testing stage, but these were to ensure that delivery was made to a high standard, and was rapid, which we really appreciated.
  • he only con was that the documentation for the custom features was a bit lacking for us to be able to maintain on our end after deployment had been done. They were helpful when we contacted them, though, and much of the information was in English.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Their communication, control over the project, and very rapid response to any issues were all on another level. The UI they tailored for us was probably the cleanest and most user friendly we've ever had, proving stress free for our teams to come to terms with implementing a new system.

The only slight niggle is the fact that onboarding and documentation took a little while to get used to and could have been more structured to allow for easy internal training. "While our team was readily available to help, there was a lack of a strong training guide or walk-thorough onboarding.
