The deliverables were of high quality and met the intended purpose/expectations. We were very concerned about intuitive design given our diverse customer base and the deliverables have received significant positive feedback for simple, clear, and intuitive operations. More complicated aspects of the application (geolocation and automated queueing logic) were developed soundly. Devassistant's project management was incredibly collaborative and open. Development tools were shared between their team and our managers. They were very clear at the beginning that our constant engagement would be a key factor in success and made sure that everything was transparent and timely. We finished on time and on budget. I always knew that I could get an answer back very quickly should I have one.

Overall we have been very happy with our experience working with Devassistant. The engineers we added to our team became a key contributor very quickly. We were very impressed with their ability to learn our product and made valuable contributions quickly. Our communication with Devassistant is very good. We have invited their key people to our Slack system so we can regularly message them with any questions or issues that arise. They are very responsive and very professional.

Devassistant’s work is flawless. They’ve never failed to deliver. As an early-stage startup, we move fast and make decisions just as fast. Despite that, they’ve always delivered value. Anytime their work doesn’t reach the standard we’re used to from them, they go above and beyond to make sure they remedy that. Our teams usually communicate effectively. Their team is very organized. We’ve never had an issue and they’re incredibly flexible whenever we need to move a meeting or push something back.

They’re very responsive. We have daily stand-ups, or something along those lines, for each project they’re working on. Our primary point of contact on their side is really active and pulls resources together for whatever we need. We have been able to have more features, and get to market in a quicker fashion than we would have by ourselves. They’ve really become our tech management team as we’ve filled those roles. It has really helped us grow our technology team as well. I really appreciate that, when there have been miscommunications, they’ve been really open. If something didn’t work well, they figured out how they could do it differently and made a few shifts.

Devassistant’s quality of work is very high — we’re working directly with their developers to facilitate a successful long-term partnership. Devassistant has made invaluable contributions to our core systems and APIs. Devassistant has delivered faster than we expected — they executed our product designs according to our plans. We communicate frequently; we also have regular meetings with their team.

We were able to host the website successfully. The whole project, despite so many things to be done, went smoothly. It was a completely hassle-free experience. The team worked in coordination. We had to stand up calls on a daily basis to discuss the upgrades, improvements and progress. The team at Devassistant is very flexible to work with.

The quality of code was very high, with a focus on unit testing and fully automated continuous integration. There are no issues. If there were any problems, they would solve them quickly. Devassistant is a strong Golang shop but also specialize in React and other frontend technologies. They’re also skilled in web design. Their communication skills are very high. The team at Devassistant performs above expectation. They’re easy to work with. I’ve been in engagements with businesses all over the world, and Devassistant is the best company to work with. They are amazing with project management, product analysis, and account management.

Their level of communication was superb, and made themselves available at inconvenient hours to work with us. Devassistant always showed us multiple variants along the way, and we would discuss things in detail initially to avoid redundant work. We had regular meetings weekly with Devassistant management. The design team chats with us regularly on the app of our choice (Teams). We have impromptu calls with specific members as needed.

Devassistant was able to deliver all of the feature sets that we wanted for our users. So far, we’ve got 130 ratings, an average of 4.6 stars, and over 10,000 downloads on the iOS App Store and 4.7 stars and over 5,000 downloads on the Google Play Store. We’ve also had very few issues in terms of bugs and errors within the apps. Devassistant performed well in terms of project management. They were responsive, flexible, and proactive when it came to solving problems. The whole project was broken up into sprints, and Devassistant did a good job of making it clear where the project was at, how the team was progressing, and the issues they were dealing with.

We had talked about building our own development team, but we decided to expand the relationship with them because they’re able to execute. They’ve been helpful by being involved in the strategic and conceptual design. They’ve also given their ideas and feedback. They provide support whenever we need it, even late at night.

It brings us peace of mind to have a competent, highly responsive developer. We've also improved the site, which boosts our confidence in marketing it. We have a list of projects that will help us improve our product during the coming year. Their project management and communication are impressive. The team is responsive and lets me know the costs and timetable upfront.

The project manager and development lead were very communicative and responsive. They consistently replied to my questions with clear answers and follow up. They were also very quick to help fix issues or make changes. I never felt like there was any delay in hearing from them.

They’ve received tons of requests, which is incredibly competitive for them because not many developers have the knowledge of how to write high-scale software. Additionally, they focus on delivering projects and have no problem collaborating with other developers. Moreover they have been very flexible, and they offer a good delivery time.
