Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.
DIGIEGGS is a software and consultancy company specializing in new generation software and project development. Has developed many projects from comprehensive projects to company-specific projects and provides various consultancy supports to many companies.

Although our key clients are from the UK and Turkey, we have an international range of clients, and a rapidly growing team as well, especially starting from 2021.
I am the founder and CEO of the company.
What is the story behind starting this company?
Everything started with two enthusiastic developers, who were focusing on challenging high-end tech projects. We were both operating for contract projects and our very own products. Our company has shaped and accelerated in Technology Development Zone. In a very short period, we had the chance to work with different projects in different areas of fields and were able to extend our client network, team, and scope of the projects.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We have a team of 15, mostly working in the same office. Our team includes developers with different stacks, project managers, and designers. We also have permanent team members working remotely from different cities and countries.

From UI/UX design to development and production, we do provide custom-stack services according to the need of our clients and projects.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We value two important aspects. Individual approach in the team and harmony with our clients. With most of our clients, our relations are long-term and repetitive therefore our aim is mostly to provide an engagement with them which makes them feel like they are working with an internal team.

Almost in all of our projects, we already experienced, the scope of the projects usually keeps growing and getting much more complicated. Our approach is always working in full harmony and building everything scalable just from the very beginning. This harmony, individual contributions, and the whole approach help us build a network of clients with a high rate of satisfaction.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
For almost a decade we had experiences in various types of industries. We can’t say that we have niche focus areas but some long-term projects let us develop some wide expertise in industries such as transportation, business services, booking & subscription services.

Over the latest two years, we also have had projects with pretty fruitful outcomes with extremely promising start-ups. Which also helps us extend our capabilities and our team.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Mobile & Desktop Apps design and development services can be highlighted in our field of expertise, which clients are approaching us the most. Our indoor development, design, and research teams let us offer full-product services for our clients.

We also have clients with existing products requiring performance improvements or having technical obstacles and looking for permanent solutions.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
We usually acquire new clients through our network of current and former clients. 
Our team members are highly competent in their area and work in complete harmony with our clients.

In each stage of our cooperation, we are re-evaluating the ongoing processes and considering the expanse of the project. What we try to build is always reduce the complexity of the project and make it scalable and flexible.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
Our clients can reach the key person who is responsible for the design, development, or product directly via one of our designated channels and get a response about their questions or issues without any obstacles. At the very final stage of the support process, we do require feedback to ensure satisfaction and receive data for further improvements.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We have a fixed daily rate for our services based on the designated members of our team. We are gathering detailed information about required services, preparing a draft forecast, and quoting according to our calculations.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
A Rate of hourly $20 can be considered as a minimum requirement per project member.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
Roughly a range between $30.000 and $600.000 can be considered.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
Our first aim, which we already are achieved and working to take further is to make our team bigger, international, and more diverse. We are always chasing new talents and better conditions for our company and environment. Additional hubs are also what we are definitely planning. We also will be focusing more on our own ongoing products and focus on new ones.

In a summary, we want to become one of the main full-service tech companies in the world with a great team, also continuously launching and investing in its own products and start-ups.

We started working with the team after a short amount of onboarding time. We had meetings where we discuss about what we want and what will we do after this project. Our product was developed in 2019, since then we added lots of functionalities, components, and pages. This caused some performance problems. Our aim was to increase our speed by 50% and we hired Digieggs to overcome this problem in January 2022. The project manager helped us a lot to solve this problem. The result was a 60% speed increase, it was great. We communicated on Slack all the time, and everything was clear. I've already suggested Digieggs to my 2 friends!

Digieggs have developed all our front end applications and assisted in the creation and integration of many of our back end implementations. They have shown great expertise across all platforms. All their staff members have incorporated themselves so well within our internal teams - you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Frankly, as this has been a long-term engagement the scope of work keeps growing and adjusting - as does Digieggs marvellously alongside it. We have fully-fledged iOS and Android applications that communicate with various cutting-edge technologies in the automotive sector. We also have a react web application for our consumers and one for our back-office teams. All this sits on the AWS architecture that Digieggs also helps us maintain. Their dedication and enthusiasm can be seen from the get-go. They are always looking to find the best possible solution to a challenge as opposed to just doing a quick fix and charging an invoice.
