Parafin is an AI-powered construction cost estimation & analytics platform. The solution allows searching for a suitable place for real property construction, 3D display of a future building, calculation of a budget, and admin functions.

The B2B solution is aimed to assist real estate developers having construction projects to be implemented, with calculation of its projected profitability. The calculation is detailed, it takes into account all the characteristics of a projected hotel like its location, amount of floors and rooms, size of parking, presence of pool and their types. The final statement can be provided to investors so that they could make their decision on construction.

Our client wanted a parallax and animation for his landing page. We built a front-end page in HTML&CSS, JavaScript and JQuery.

Website for marketing agency. We have created redesign for website and branding guidelines from scratch to improve user experience, enhance usability for visual elements. We have also enlarged amount of content according to documents provided by client. Now only holding page is online, other pages in development progress.
