ECA Tech has created a PWA and a react.js application. After providing the team specifications, we met with the project manager via Zoom to make sure all needs were fulfilled. To make sure that growth is proceeding as planned and that we are satisfied with the advancement and outcomes, we had frequent meetings. The bespoke application that ECA Tech produced has been in use for more than a year and a half, and we are still working on adding new features and enhancements.

Prior to starting the project, we were able to optimize our customers' process, provide them what they requested, and make the program more user-friendly and powerful than the one that had been created before.

We continued to collaborate even after the initial version was released more than a month ago. A few little bugs have occurred, but that is to be expected. Despite our recent introduction, the accounts that have used our platform thus far have given us positive feedback.
They performed a great job managing the project. Their group did a good job. I had a candid conversation about their weekly work with their project lead. Email and Zoom were utilized for our conference calls. We would communicate back and forth if I had queries or if they wanted anything from me. To have lengthier conversations, we just schedule another call.
