Engage was a Great Vendor

Engage was a Great Vendor
Engage is very professional. In my experience working directly with them they gave my company a great gameplan to meet our professional goals. Their project management structure makes it easy so requests don't fall through the cracks. Their developers were experts in DNN the CMS system we used for over 5 years. I highly recomend them to be a vendor at your organization, especially starting a redesign, they will give your digital properties some fresh blood. The short weekly catch up calls worked really well for my company with a lot of moving parts.

Role: Chief Operations Officer at at Michigan Pharmacists Association
Best website vendor I've worked with in over 25 years.
I've worked at a non-profit association for over 25 years. I've experienced three website overhauls, many technical issues and numerous upgrades to functionality, in addition to various CRM platforms. The experts at Engage have been the best by far. Pleasant, responsive and sensitive to our financials limitations.

What do you like most about the company?

Responsive to our requests. Efficient. Communicated the status of projects along the way.

What they should improve on?

Nothing really unless they introduced other members of their team more formally when they became involved in our project.

Let us look and understand the importance of employee engagement for each and every organization. Whether it is a multinational company or a new budding start-up, employees will always remain as the heart and soul of the organization. Hence employee engagement is considered to be an emotional commitment that an employee offers to the organization and also to the organizational goals.

Just like, happy is the house where the members are happily interacting with one another; the environment of the workplace too remains dependent on its employees and kind of association with the organization.

Let us quickly take a look at why employee engagement is important:

1. Employees who remain engaged, connect and communicate better with one another. This seamless communication eventually boosts the productivity of the work-place.

2. Employee engagement makes every organization a better place to work in. Positivity around improves the aura and hence gives better job satisfaction.

3. Engagement increases happiness and happy employees reflect better work culture and as a result help in retaining the best employees.

4. When employees connect and work passionately, an organization’s customer satisfaction level gets increased automatically.

5. Less the void & vacuum; less the confusions and chances of mishaps occurring. Better engagement lifts up the team spirit and diminishes the individual egos.

If at any point of time you feel that your employees are losing connection and personal touch with your organization then immediately you must start taking every possible step without having to delay or think twice.

Care to make them feel a part of the organization

-  Learn to appreciate and acknowledge the efforts of your employees

- Setting the goals together is important too because this activity increases the level of involvement

- Help them to dream big, not only for themselves but also for the organization they work at.

- Good performances should be awarded with incentives

- Open door policy implementation makes employees comfortable that their concerns will be heard and attended without any hesitation or long processes.

- Offer Flexibility to the employees in the way they wish to work but deliver the desired output

- Celebrate each and every achievement of the organization and involve them in the celebration.

- Monthly or quarterly outings with the employees and their families help strengthen the bond with their organization.

Never under-estimate the role of your employees and care to embrace them as a part of your organization’s entity and identity! A good HR team should be employed in-order to bridge the gap between the organizational heads and employees. Even the smallest of small efforts will help in elevating the level of engagement for the employees.
