Eptins a 10+ year's old Quality IT Solution Agency with 80+ skilled and passionate designers, developers &marketers. We are known for our creativity, innovation, and on-time delivery of the work. I am Designated Partner & Digital Marketing Strategist at Eptins Enterprises LLP.
What is the story behind starting this company?
I was working in a small IT Company as a website designer& website developer and I was the project manager also so I have to play many roles out of my scope. As the company was so small they had a staff of 3 people only and trying to get as many projects as they can at any price. I worked for 2 years there and I was fed up with their process no values. I have to deal with such customers with no budget and higher expectations. So I left from there and formed Eptins with 2 of my colleagues we all 3 left our safe job with a vision to form a Quality IT Solution provider. After leaving job exactly after 1 month one of my partners gave up and left the Eptinsand joined another IT Company as an employee. Then again after 3 months, my other partner left Eptinsand joined the IT Company as an employee. I was struggling to get projects to get clients. Exactly after 6 months, I got a big client being referred from one of my old friends. And that was a project of $1000 I was so happy. I was working alone on that project and delivered it to the client. After few months I got a call from one of my partners threatening me to give his share as we did not do all paperwork of their leaving Eptins. But I was not afraid of them as I know I can prove they were not at all with me all this time so they don’t deserve anything. I know they will trouble me again in the future also. SoI applied for Eptins trademark from by individual application and got TM and after few years, Eptins was Registered So he gave up threatening me and both agreed to file for firm dissolution and we dissolve the firm. ThenRegistered Eptins Enterprises LLP on 24 Aug 2015 with father as a partner. And I started my company with a vision to provide IT solutions at the best price with international quality. I had the clear vision that I want to establish my company as a quality solution provider not just any like so other IT companies who just give any price to get customers. I will work for only those companies that understand quality. But yes above all I always kept in mind to value customer satisfaction at topmost priority. The client must be benefited from our services and his/her purpose must be solved for which they are hiring us.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
Both we have in-house as well as freelancers in our team. We outsource only 10% of projects that too only if we are occupied and can’t finish projects with an in-house team.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Well, we are known for our quality and on-time delivery in market. We do only what can be done well. We have shutdown our Website Designing & App Development department last year. We are only focusing on Data-Driven Digital Marketing. That most of our competition doesn’t understand. What differentiate us from our competition is our skills to provide unmatched results to clients.Most of our competition is taking marketing decisions on their experience and instincts but marketing decisions must be taken on basis of data not on personal opinion.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
Mostly Real Estate, Industrial Products Manufacturers, Café’s, Interior Designing Studio’s, Ecommerce Portals & Finance Industry. Yes, we have a 99% customer repetition rate.

Landing Page Design, Pay Per Click Campaigns, Website Design, Sales Funnel, Auto Responder Setup, Conversion Rate Optimization, Data-Driven Marketing & Data Analysis.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
As we take the timely survey via NPA form we have a 98% satisfaction rate. We spend enough time to understand customer requirements, we schedule physical as well as zoom meetings to get clarity of customer needs.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We provide chat support, on-call support, email support, on-site support, and remote support via zoom meetings.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Well for small projects that fall under $200 we charge 100% advance fixed cost, for projects that fall under $200 to $500 we divide the amount into 2 parts and more projects worth more than $500 we charge in milestones.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Yes, we follow the minimum budget requirement rule, we don’t take projects worth less than $100.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
$100 was the minimum price range of our smallest project and $50,000 was the biggest project we worked on in 2020.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
I see Eptins as a pioneer in a Data-Driven Digital Marketing solution provider with all A to Z marketing solution providers. I have plans to expand our marketing solutions to AI & ML-based. Apart from this, we will provide a 360-degree solution to all types of customers from small business owners to big giants of the corporate world. We will start our own Media house for video production as of now we have to outsource our video post production.
