A terrific experience with a contracted engineering team
Our experience with eTeam was terrific. From day 1, they excelled at delivering a high quality product for Bitcoin.com. Their project management skills and clear milestones, along with regularly scheduled meetings for both the project, in addition to demo days on progress made the entire experience a breeze. Communication was a clear and professional, and eTeam were very accommodating, working with three different timezones.

The level of quality of engineering we received from their team was superb. They were able to clearly follow our specifications, in addition to contributing to improve it where needed.

eTeam came highly recommended to us, and we're happy to share our good experience with them.

What do you like most about the company?

High quality engineering, very detailed, superb project management, and very clear communicators.

What they should improve on?

Nothing to add here, they were terrific.

Yes, We do.In-fact this is one of the most successful models we have which is greatly loved & appreciated by our clients as have ease in managing and converting it into a long term mutually beneficial relationship. Let me put some light on how it works wonders for our clients -We have a 5 step process to ease it out -1). Requirement Gathering -It is an aspect that is the base of any project and we make sure that all the test cases, scenarios are clearly discussed and brainstormed in advance.Based on the final decisive solution we work on the following-a). SRS (Software Requirement Specification) Document - Consists of each and every feature.b). BRS (Business requirement Specification) Document - Consists of the complete flow & phases of the project module wise (It differs from project to project)c). Wire-frames - This is the most important as it is developed after finalizing SRS & BRS which helps UI/UX team, client & development team to come on the same page.d). Team Size & Time allocation - It helps the development team to take a precise decision and create a scrum to develop the project along with the right resource allocation & time allotment.2). Assembling the team - Looking into the complexities of the project, the right resources along with the right mentor or project manager/Lead developer is allocated which also acts as Scrum Master. This helps to create a single point of contact for the end client & team to run the project development at the right pace.3). Talent Selection - We have both the aspects working wherein the client can select the team member based on his selection criteria after making sure about the expertise & either grant us the option to select the team. We are fine with both protocols.4). Project Management Tools & Protocols - We allow the client to select the right project management tool with which he is comfortable. Communication protocols can also be set in order to ensure proper knowledge sharing & rectifying anything going out of the way.5). The Result -Most important thing which we have seen in our years of development work is delivering quality in time. On many occasions I have seen clients comparing the price & timeline shared by two or more vendors where in they must select on the basis of capability and process/documentation a team follows. In the longer run it's not the money but delayed delivery which hurts the most.

We have a 5 step process to ease it out -
1). Requirement Gathering -
It is an aspect that is the base of any project and we make sure that all the test cases, scenarios are clearly discussed and brainstormed in advance.
Based on the final decisive solution we work on the following-
a). SRS (Software Requirement Specification) Document - Consists of each and every feature.
b). BRS (Business requirement Specification) Document - Consists of the complete flow & phases of the project module wise (It differs from project to project)
c). Wire-frames - This is the most important as it is developed after finalizing SRS & BRS which helps UI/UX team, client & development team to come on the same page.
d). Team Size & Time allocation - It helps the development team to take a precise decision and create a scrum to develop the project along with the right resource allocation & time allotment.
2). Assembling the team - Looking into the complexities of the project, the right resources along with the right mentor or project manager/Lead developer is allocated which also acts as Scrum Master. This helps to create a single point of contact for the end client & team to run the project development at the right pace.

4). Project Management Tools & Protocols - We allow the client to select the right project management tool with which he is comfortable. Communication protocols can also be set in order to ensure proper knowledge sharing & rectifying anything going out of the way.

5). The Result -
Most important thing which we have seen in our years of development work is delivering quality in time. On many occasions I have seen clients comparing the price & timeline shared by two or more vendors where in they must select on the basis of capability and process/documentation a team follows. In the longer run it's not the money but delayed delivery which hurts the most.
