My project requirement was an ERP software that is tailored to meet the needs of my company that deals with the provision of inventory management solutions. I required a few modules that were specific to the working of our business, such as order management, inventory management real-time reporting and analytics, integration with pre-existing software used. I needed a software that was already optimized for VAT filing and corporate tax filing.

There was immaculate support provided by the FACTS team both during the project development phase, as well as when it was complete. All the tasks involved in the project were also delivered on time, within the deadlines that were initially set in the project timeline.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
There was a small glitch during the initial setup of the software. However, this problem was quickly resolved by the FACTS team.
