What do you like most about the company?
We had daily updates with Jasmine, who communicated with the rest of the team. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare. We used text, Gmail, and Trello to coordinate, and they worked well with our team.
What they should improve on?
When we first launched, we had some minor changes that were decided last minute but that made the launch go a little slower than predicted. We let them know, and they were quick to do the adjustments but we only lost 24h. They then made up by their intense dedication to making the project go live with no bugs or flaws. Shopify the platform itself had a worldwide update so even then they were on top of it. We appreciate their communication on this and always kept us updated on things that weren’t necessarily their fault but that did have an impact on the website.
