The team is incredibly motivated and self sufficient. Their level of service is impeccable and I appreciate their hands-on approach.

- I was introduced to a small but complete team with a PM to manage and set expectations.
- The weekly (now bi-weekly) meetings have been a nice touch to feel connected with what they are doing and keeping the feedback loop short
- The team is very productive and collaborative
- I do not feel like they are inaccessible remote workers but feel that they are available and responsive

Spillt (Pantry App): Cooking App

It is a mobile iOS application for lovers of cooking and recipe sharing.

This application allows users to save links to recipes from various blogs and websites, create recipe collections, leave comments, share reviews of the cooked dishes, add friends to society and create similar interest groups.

Blogger-creators of the cooking portals will be able to expand and promote their blog through the application functionality.

Initial frontend development was based on Expo. To continue features implementation the migration to React Native was done later.

The integration with WordPress plugins was realized to implement blogger users functionality.

Sitter Tree: Childcare Booking App

Childcare Booking App that allows Sitters to find an interesting job and Families to find good babysitters for their children. The verification app system for both roles on the Sign-Up step guarantees only real jobs and real candidates with real interviews as well as certificates' verification. The application has built-in secure payments and the review system that ensures only the best candidate for your child. Chat function makes communication for both parties more convenient and effective.

Since another team worked on the project before us, we had to make a full re-design of the app. We added Twilio chats and in-app calls for better communication between users; splash screens and additional modal-tips for being sure that users understand how the app works; Firebase push notifications with the ability to send notification by coordinator; changed some key flows to improve the UX side and make the app's work more reliable. Among other tasks were bug fixing and implementation of some new features as well as app improvement based on real users' feedback.

ML-based Assistant Bot Design

Vurbalize is an ML-based (machine learning) assistant bot for integration with various marketplaces. With the help of voice and text commands, the user controls the assistant, which makes it possible to make the search for the necessary product or product more convenient, and to receive recommendations that are most suitable for the request.

As part of the interaction between our companies, we developed an assistant design and a landing page to promote the product.

The main project goal was to create a marketing page that will fully explain the core product functionality and increase the user’s demand level consequently.

To achieve this goal, the following was implemented:

- custom illustrated animations that explain the assistant abilities;

- correctly visualized content for high level of the perception;

- UX for conversion growth and lead generation.

CloudPano: Virtual Tour Creating Software

This cloud-based software features panoramic 360-degree views, with its primary goal being to make it possible for businesses to create and publish virtual tours that facilitate sales and marketing of products and services. The product is particularly popular among real estate agencies and already enjoys a considerable client base.Our developers have implemented the functionality of CloudPano Live video chats, which allows users to communicate in real time while sharing a tour. Functionality is developed on the basis of Twilio service. We developed the functionality of teamwork with CloudPano Teams tours, which allows you to create teams, invite new participants to them among CloudPano users and add, delete, edit and publish tours together. The development of the functionality for preparing and publishing tours in Google Street View, as well as refactoring of the application, has been started.

As for me, I'm so proud to be the CEO and Founder who gathered together such professional people.

What is the story behind starting this company?

It seems to me that digital and innovation companies are created by people who try to automate business processes and make them more accurate and convenient, and our company is one of them.
My partner and I had got rich experience in digital and business areas before we set up Fusion Tech. I remember our first meeting. We were talking about our business vision, digital passion, etc. It was a cool journey. Before creating Fusion, we had five meetings, and at the end of each, I was more and more confident that we could create a powerful company. You know what? We’ve done it.

Fusion Tech is not just a tech company. It is a child who is growing right in front of your eyes. Every year we grow up to 100% of the employees and also expand our business geography by working with partners from more than 30 countries.

What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?

We use an in-house work model generally but as I have already said Fusion Tech is an international team and a small part of our employees have a hybrid work model.

Fast and correct solutions are an important part of our job because the third-party vendor is an IT department for our client but sometimes it looks like a fire brigade.
For me it is important to know the team that provides our partners with services, that’s why our guys have high skills and are always available to our customers and it is without any doubts.

I have been working in IT for more than six years and I have encountered a lot of difficult situations but most of the critical situations were when a company has an outsource or freelance staff from other countries and those employees disappear at the most important moment. Often employees are not afraid of any sanctions because they are from other countries and a median sum of money is less compared with litigation. It is a hard time for business owners and a lot of them are fixing financial and time and nervous loss. So our partners can count on us because they have a deal with an LLC that has an in-house team and values its reputation.

How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?

It is a brilliant question but, unfortunately, I haven't got an answer. I think feedback from our clients is the best assessment in any competition and we’ve got no problem with that. We have never investigated our competition because it takes a lot of time. We don't try to copy any successful model of other companies. I believe the copy is worse than the original. And completely sure if you want to build a successful company you must create something special like we did.
We have already developed a custom CRM and Staff platform. It helped us increase our sales by more than 33% and cut off the waiting time for requests between departments.

Also, we have a full cycle of project development (PM, QA, Devs, Managers) - all these people are based in-house, in the office, and communicate at arm's length with each other.

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?

We create web software, mobile apps, and UI/UX design for the following areas:

We generally have a long-term relationship with our partners but if we talk about clients whose project has been implemented and they are going to create a new startup or develop a new function in their app, we can talk about 50+ % conversions.

As I have already said Fusion Tech is a full-cycle company. We offer web and mobile development, UI/UX Design, QA, Project Management, Project Audit, and Code Review. Clients are equally interested in all these services.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?

For now, it’s 5 of 5, but we never stop improving our services and skills, because, as it’s said, there is no limit to perfection.

What about the steps, here I can highlight several points. Firstly, it is feedback from them. You can check it out on GF. Secondly, services and apps that were created by our company are growing and developing. Thirdly, the monetary gain that our clients were able to get using the applications developed by our company. Fourthly, the conversion of customers.

Speaking about needs and requirements, our managers use an individual approach to each client.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

As we create an IT department based on the partner company, we operate as a part of the business ecosystem. It helps us to be on the same page with clients and solve any problem on time.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)

For our customers, the following payment terms are available - hourly and fixed ones.
Also, we can decompose the pull of tasks to compose MVP or proof of concept and share an estimation. It helps clients look at the product from a different angle and make the right choice. This kind of approach is saving clients' money and helps change something in the early stage.

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If not, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

We fight for every customer. It’s a part of our company’s philosophy. Of course, not all negotiations achieve their goals, but there is no priority, we value every deal. With regard to budgets, we try to be as transparent as possible and give detailed information on each of our estimates.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2022?

From $10,000 to $250,000.

Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?

We have prepared the base and accumulated enough experience to move on to support and digitalization of large businesses. Our model is ready to scale and seamlessly integrate IT departments into businesses of any size.
