Glinteco

Glinteco is a software and design team in Hanoi, Vietnam. We build bespoke AI and software for startups and small to medium businesses in the United States and Australia.

We work in three ways, and we tell a client up front which one fits: as a project supplier with a defined scope and a delivery date, as the production partner behind another company's brand, or as a client's embedded IT and design department over several years.

WHAT WE BUILD
- Internal systems where off-the-shelf does not fit: ERP, CRM, HR and operations platforms with role-based permissions
- Web applications and content platforms on headless CMS, so your team publishes without a developer
- AI built into an existing process rather than bolted on top of it
- Mobile applications in Flutter and React Native
- Brand identity, UI and UX, and print, produced in house

SOME OF THE WORK
- An eight-year engagement on a United States tax platform handling regulated financial data, integrated with the major commercial tax engines
- A multi-module ERP for a real estate brokerage, which moved from 200 to 1,200 users without re-architecture
- Brand, website, print and physical merchandise for a Sydney NDIS and aged care provider, produced in Vietnam and shipped to Australia
- A website rebuild for a Sydney music school on React and Strapi, handed over so staff publish their own content

HOW WE WORK
- One named account lead and one technical lead, both answering to you
- A shared board you can see at any time, a weekly demo on staging, and a short written weekly summary
- At least 4.5 hours of live overlap with Sydney business hours, every business day of the year
- Fixed price against a signed scope, or a monthly rate per allocated specialist
- All source code, design files and brand assets transfer to you on final payment

We do not hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification. We say so in the first meeting rather than let you find it in a security questionnaire.
