With over 15 years of experience building, growing, and scaling international teams, including in India, South Africa, and across large public sector projects, our founder, Alex Hashash, has seen what it takes to lead global operations. After a visit to Nairobi for a friend’s wedding, he saw first-hand the passion, skill, and potential Kenya has to offer. That trip became a turning point, and the beginning of a new chapter.
